The restaurant serves variety of traditional malay dishes from starters, main dishes (lauk pauk) and to desserts. Their pulut durian is to die for! not too sweet, generous portion of durian and so creamy. For a RM40 lunch buffet, its worth every cents and you wont be leaving the restaurant empty stomach. However, i do feel that the restaurant maybe... More

This restaurant serves authentic and tasty malay food. I have been here twice and both times the food did not disappoint. Come hungry as there are a lot of choices in the buffet selection. I highly recommend the patin fish cooked with tempoyak. And if you are a meat lover chomp on the rendang tok. Don't miss the hawker style... More

Whilst not our first dining experience from Chef Ismail's restaurant, it's was at the Botanical gardens location. The wide range of delicious local dishes from entrees to desserts didn't disappoint and the location is ideal to include visiting the Botanical gardens and the National Monument.

Had lunch here with my family. The food is typical malay dishes which you can find in most homes in negeri sembilan. Thumbs up to the many choices available and the affordable price. This restaurant is more spacious compare to the one at the old location. However, they need to improve on the serving. We were there at around 11.45... More

We came for dinner. The dishes reminded me on mum cooking. The kuah lemak was delish. There were so much variety. They even include western grill like lamb chop and bbq chicken. Fantastic spread of kuih. If not for my small tummy, I could have eat everything. Just one small issue, the packed nasi lemak is cold. If only they... More

I went here with some local people who absolutely knew where to bring a Canadian wanting to try local Malay cuisine. The food is amazing. Lots of variety and some things here I have never seen before but wow they were delicious. Sorry I have no idea the cost as my gracious hosts picked up the bill.

the foods were all okay at the beginning. unfortunately i saw a hair inside on of their food (siput sedut masak lemak cili padi). i told the staff and even gave the hair to her. she only said 'i will inform the kitchen'. thats it. no apology from the staff, and nothing to redeem for what just happened.

We came late for lunch and unable to have a buffet. They offer us a la carte where you can still take any items from buffet counter and stall. Food taste are great. You can have almost everything you wish for malay food. Had a laksa and some desserts. Will definitely come again for next visit.

Discovered this restaurant following a tip from our KL Tour Guide. It is slightly off the beaten track, being just outside the main city centre but the trip (we took a taxi) was well worth the effort. We were greeted by the extremely friendly manager who, on discovering we knew little about Malaysian food, took it on himself to give... More
