Had a wonderful dinner experience at The Living Room, Westin KL. The highlight of the evening was Chef Hamid’s thoughtful gesture of surprising my dad with a birthday cake, making the celebration extra special. The food was exquisite, the ambiance warm, and the service impeccable. Truly a memorable dining experience!

Outstanding service from a very attentive team where your comfort and wellbeing is priority. The range of dishes available is great and the quality lovely, the chef cooking dishes is also a welcome addition where preferences are easily accommodated.
It is a spacious and light venue with a variety of seating, the panoramic windows are great for people and traffic watching.
My wife called in here several times during the week and was always well looked after including getting lots of tips for shopping and site seeing.
All in all very welcoming and friendly, a pleasure to relax in.

L'm having a wonderful breakfast experience at The Westin today. Christina has been incredibly helpful, making sure everything is just right. She offered to make me a fresh cup of coffee or juice, and her attentiveness really stood out. The service has been top-notch, and I feel well taken care of. Highly recommend the breakfast here.!

Unfortunately the food was quite bland… If there was a little bit more salt added to the dishes, it would’ve been nicer. The chawan mushi was undercooked and when the issue was raised, a new one was brought to our table immediately. The service was great, waiters were clearing the table immediately after finishing the food. Ms Camelia was our cashier at the end of the meal and was very helpful with the bill and feedback.
Wouldn’t come back again but I hope the feedback is taken into consideration…

Great buffet spread and enjoyed the seafood & sashimi section!
Celebrated my father in law’s birthday and leave it to Chef Hamid Buyong to hype up the crowd to sing the birthday song for my FIL!

Over the CNY week, we had multiple stay across hotels in KL depending on our dinner venues. Westin has been a delightful stay.
We decided to skip breakfast and be at the pool early to avoid the crowd and my 6 and 9 yo were thrilled to find large floats
The light bites available were a good value for money at 10-15rm per set including drinks and staff at the Splash bar were super friendly and attentive!
Our stay was followed by a very disappointing stay at a different hotel with awful service which made the well mannered service more appreciative.
I really gotta compliment mr. Rahmad and mr. Hanif for making our morning snack and swim such a bliss.

1. I brought my sister to lunch to celebrate her birthday. It was a perfect opportunity to redeem the buffet voucher. She opted for lunch, and I chose The Westin KL.
2. Reservation made a week before via a phone call. The process was smooth and it took less than 5 minutes. I requested a special table setup but it was unavailable, according to the staff. In contrast, my table was decorated with balloons at Le Meridien KL.
3. We arrived around half an hour late and I was worried that our table would be released. However, The Living Room was only 15% full. The table was already marked with my name.
4. We were starved upon arriving, so we wasted no time and surveyed the buffet spread. There were 3 rice dishes (Nasi Ayam, Nasi Tomato & Lamb Briyani), Beef brisket, satay station, grilled salmon and juices from the dispenser. The rest of the spread was disappointingly, similar to the breakfast service. There were also 3 types of roasted chicken dishes.
5. The similar foods with breakfast are noodle station, baked breads, cheeses, hot drinks and desserts.
6. Foods were executed well. However, the lack of options and intercontinental variety was quite surprising.
7. The guests with the Club Lounge access would certainly enjoy the cocktail hours in the evening.
8. Priced at RM158 per pax, I wouldn’t spend my money here for a buffet lunch. If I want to enjoy an excellent Malay lunch buffet, I’d go to Restoran Rebung.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at Westin from Nov 3 to 5. Had late meal at The Living Room, attending by very friendly Farishz, who was helpful and patiently explaining to us it was not late for dinner. She recommended a kind of omelette to my wife who was a vegetarian. My wife really enjoyed the food.
I would like to specially thank Ms Farishz for her making our stay at Westin very memorable. I congratulate you for having such a fine employee. Thank you.

This is our second time at Westin KL this year and one of the main reason we kept coming back is because of the great time spent at their pool and hospitality by their staff.
Spent hours at the pool and what my kids loved the most was the unicorn float. This time around they have coconut + fries combo going at Rm14.90, which I find it very affordable for a 5 STAR hotel located at the Golden Triangle.
Special mention goes to their attentive staff , Mr Rahmad Rasul who went all the way to make sure our needs and comfort were met.
They have variety of floats which suits all type of age, and its free! They have American pool table, small basketball net enough for a family of 5 to kill time.
We Shall return soon, definitely!

I visited the Afternoon Tea by the Pool @ The Westin KL on the 9th and 16th July, with my good friends and family on the respective Sundays. Mr Rahmat served both visits with a warm welcome and good services. Also never forget to thank Mr Fadzly, who had also served us on 16th July with his fantastic patience and friendly services before being taken over by Mr Rahmat. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need and motivated me to visit this friendly, relaxing, and joyful place again. The food served overall was good. Highly recommended! ^_^

First off, this is a review on their food delivery and not dine-in.
Service: We ordered through a third party app hence not much to comment about.
Packing: The food arrived in an ordinary paper bag which was nothing fancy but the presentation for both dishes were pretty decent and was in paper boxes with a sticker pasted on them indicating when they were prepared.
Mee Mamak Goreng (RM 37.86)
Taste: Most Mee Goreng from the Mamak stores tend to be slightly charred and a little dry in addition to the fact that they are bursting with flavours. Unfortunately, in today’s case, the Mee Goreng was slightly too wet and surprisingly, the prawns were not de-shelled nor deveined which came as a disappointment especially at that price. Flavour wise it was kind of missing the mark. It wasn’t unpleasant but it could have been better.
Price: Leaning towards pricey
Waffles with Three Toppings (RM31.88)
Taste: Waffles are always best eaten hot and crispy , emitting the delightful crunch as you scrape your knife over it. Hence unsurprisingly, to date, only a few cafes have gotten in right in a take away. Unfortunately, though today they arrived simply and presentably, the waffles had already become tough and rubbery instead of crispy on the outside and warm and most within. It would have also been nicer had there been a little more fruits.
Price: Leaning towards pricey
Recommended? All in all, it wasn’t unpleasant but there is much room for improvement

That morning crew really knows how to make a difference! Azwan, Ryan, and the whole Madya food service team were amazing. They were super fast at clearing tables, which definitely kept things moving smoothly. Plus, they were all so friendly and welcoming. It's always nice to see smiling faces in the morning, especially when you're grabbing a bite to eat. Good job, team!

Very awesome and personalised services by the staffs and chefs from this outlet. Truly a 5-star rating! Very prompt in clearing plates, polite to ask if they can clear them, first greeting comes with coffee, tea or juices. The food is superb! Best idli we have had so far (super fluffy and melts in the mouth). Very good selection of cuisines from Asian to Western. Bakery goods are kept warm and spoilt for choice. Very attentive and customer focused environment. Well done to the team! Kudos to Tiffany for taking care of us and even step up to add value to our inquiries about cigar and smoking areas. She even provided a booklet for reference too! Definitely making a trip here again!

A taste of South India in Malaysia! The South Indian breakfast options were truly authentic. The ghee dosa was crispy and flavorful, and the pongal was comforting and well-spiced. Chef Lingesh was skilled in making both dishes. Highly recommend!
