The place is so great! The food and the ambiance are very authentic! The portions are of a very good size. We've tried their salads, hummus, spinach samosas, bakhlava, and their superb cardamom coffee. Everything was very delicious. We visited some other Lebanese and Arabic restaurants in the neighborhood, and nothing came close to Al-Omar. Every time we go to... More

I was looking for a quick bite to eat, and didn't have super high expectations, but I'd give this a "pass" in the future. The tabouleh (Lebanese salad) was... pretty bad. While this is usually a favorite dish of mine, their iteration was basically just some wilted parsley chopped and tossed into a bowl. It was tasteless and they left... More

We ordered hummus, fattoush and mixed grill which had chicken, beef and lamb. The beef was awful but the other two were good. The hummus being decent as well. Service was good. Place was not busy at all as we were there for lunch and it is located in the mall on 3rd floor.

Once we visited this restaurant we came back the next few days till we had to depart KL. Its authentic food is grilled right, even the shawarma wrap was better then avg. Went to a few middle east restaurants for shisha before we discovered this place and this one was by far the best. The chairs are comfortable, the shisha... More

Visited the restaurant at 4.10 pm. Not peak time. Took more than 30 minutes for chicken briyani rice dish to come out. The other dish that we ordered (which was a grilled dish) hadn't even been keyed into the system!! Staff at restaurant was rude and defensive when we expressed our unhappiness. We ordered shawarma sandwich because that was fastest.... More

No matter how far they are from Lebanon, the Lebanese fresh made bread with grilled chicken, chopsticks, and tasty grape food authentic guaranteed. Try the half grilled chicken spicy, I recommend it 😀

I can not encourage you enough to visit this restaurant! My husband had been two years ago and had built up the experience so much that I was so excited to visit, and yet was not sure that I would think it was quite as incredible as he had described- because he set the bar SOOOOOO high. I was not... More

I spend the last night of 2016 at Al Amar restaurant, and it was really nice night we spend there. The program was great: India Lebanese singer and three belly dancers were in the event and full dinner menu with open bar, all cost RM 330 only ( One USD / 4400 RM). Thank you for the good service and... More
