Great atmosphere! Pizza is highly recommended. Shisha has a good range of flavours and staff is extremely nice - willing to help throughout the night. Great view of the KL skyline as well!

We were really happy with the whole ambience and atmosphere here. Mr.roman who is a waiter here is a really great guy who takes his time to take our orders on our preferred food and wines. It was overall a great experience in Canopy bar. We had a beautiful time and their house wine ‘Siraj’ is definitely a must try wine. Kudos to Canopy bar and their team.

We thought we’d try this place out as it’s got amazing reviews on here... we were very disappointed. There were only 4 tables with customers but food still took ages to come out. The drinks also took a long time. The people on the table next to us got told half an hour later that what they ordered wasn’t available. You’d think they would’ve been told straight away but the customers actually had to ask why it was taking so long. Our food was average and drinks also average. There was no ‘amazing view’ as the roof was closed. There was no music until another customer asked for music to be played and then they played terrible music. The wifi didn’t work. The waiter kept going on his phone and there was only one person working at the bar. Definitely not worth it. It was a waste of time going here.

Ambience ok. Food overpriced.

The ambience, music and fresh air were nice. The shisha, the cocktails and the waiters were good but the food was completely overpriced. The pizza was crap, not homemade base which is a bit ridiculous for this place and the price of it and it was tiny, not even enough for a child... the shawarma tasted good but tiny portion too... would not recommend this place for dinner but for cocktails and shisha could be nice. We were told downstairs which one was our table and even when the place was half empty during our stay still they would not allow us to choose a different table that was empty all the time. Overpriced and overrated completely.

Admittedly, only one of us (my girlfriend) has visited Canopy Bar before, on a previous trip to KL, but she loved it, hence her suggestion to revisit in December 2019. From what she told me I had high hopes for Canopy Bar and they were certainly met! We arrived early at around 6pm as another attraction we intended to visit was closed, therefore it was fairly empty but the vibe was still good. We knew how to get there, however for newcomers it can be slightly difficult as it is located in what appears to be an old, unused back street, but there is a small valet area with a lift directly up to the 3rd floor hidden away. I think the Bars great TA reviews and reputation owes mainly to their customer service, the staff are so friendly and welcoming; we especially want to mention Imtiaz and Mainuddin who were not only staff to us but long-term friends by the end of our visit. Despite the ‘rooftop’ bar only being located around 3 floors high, it is nestled in an ideal spot to still provide good views of KL, and the Petronas Towers if you get the right angle. Happy Hour was on until 9pm and the drinks were reasonably priced for a city centre rooftop bar. They also provided snacks but we did not try any of these. We did however have Shisha which lasted all night and the staff, again, were extremely attentive in making sure your coals were still burning and the shisha was good. To top it off, they showed live football on all of the big screens which we thoroughly enjoyed. I would certainly recommend visiting, and don’t be afraid to engage in conversation with the staff as they are so nice!

Nice but overpriced

The food and cocktails were nice, but the portions were small and overpriced considering the price of other restaurants near by. The service was also slow. The view was good but it wasn’t very high for a roof top bar compared to other bars.

Honeymoon visit

Service here was immaculate! No flaws at all....Everyone is friendly always checking in and amazing atmosphere. Shisha 5*, food was so tasty, fresh and fast. Cocktails were all 100% first class service we came twice and each time I was NOT disappointed. Music was awesome every time I wanted to get up and dance the whole time, credits to the Dj and staff. I would recommend 100% make sure you visit canopy lounge by tigerbay!

Finest Shisha ever in Kuala Lumpur

This place is one of few places I have visited in KL in search of Good quality shisha and I must admire they have nailed it totally. The quality of the shisha is definitely outstanding. Recommendation: I am pretty sure the server knows about the shisha very well. The recommended Tiger bay special Shisha (Frozen blueberry) was mixed with a lil bit of (mint) were a perfect combination. Overall: Service was great . The staffs are quite friendly , the music and the vibe was great.

Nice Place for Hangout

Came here with friend for dinner. We didn’t make reservations but they accommodated us by giving us a table at area where with the high cocktail tables but it’s okay. It’s just we were sitting next to others who were smoking sisha. We ordered pizza, fried mushrooms and cocktails and really enjoyed it. No doubt that their food was delicious. The ambiance was cool and music was great. Just that if you want to sit at a nicer area, make sure you make a reservation and request for it.

Great food, great drinks, great service with the best shisha!

The BEST shisha bar in Malaysia with a beautiful view and fun vibes!! We visited here twice on our travels to KL and they did not disappoint on both occasions. The food was delicious catering to my vegetarian options as well as my husbands meat options. He said it was one of the best mutton currys he has had. The cocktails were fab along with the whole ambience of the lounge. The shisha was amazing all evening with a range of great flavours and the service overall was fantastic from booking in August to the day of us attending. Sohag (Shaun) the general manager was very welcoming and punctual on whatsapp with his replies regarding our reservation and was very visible on the night. Roman (apologies if spelt his name wrong) was our waiter during the course of the evening and was really polite and professional throughout. Happy staff which makes the place even more nice to go to. Highly recommend Canopy Lounge to anyone that is looking for a fun scenic chilled evening in KL. Thank you to everyone at Canopy Lounge that made our trip so memorable. Its the reasons above that make Tigerbay such a known international successful business. We will be back :)

Top-Notch Shisha

Canopy is amazing. We’ve traveled to many places that provide shisha, including Turkey, Morocco, and the Balkans, and this place has some of the best shisha we’ve ever had. The waiters are so friendly and helpful, allowing us to smell some of their flavors until we picked out what we wanted. The cocktails were delicious and the environment is so relaxing with open rooftop areas allowing you to enjoy the evening air with some closed rooftops in case it rains. The lighting and music were perfect. Highly recommend!

A great night with my best friend!

We requested for a shisha to suit our likes which is definitely on the sweeter side and they gave a mix of flavours to match our likes and it was perfect. So if you don’t know which shisha u would like don’t worry the staff here will guide you through. The cocktails were strong and good and definitely worth the money. Unlike other shisha places they make sure ur shisha is burning right and not too much. They made sure we were happy. In terms of service they gave us our space but at the same time served us well. Honestly even in SG I have never encountered such great service! place to me for good liqour and shisha. Btw music is great too! I feel good and relaxed hehe

First visit after MCO

Very impressed with how the staff adhered to the SOP. Our server came to us multiple times to sanitize our hands and to check if everything was okay. Food and drinks still tastes amazing, didn’t skimp on anything. 5 star service here! Very pleased, will definitely visit again.

Feeling safe from covid 19

I visited so many restaurants at kl but I feel canopy is the one who maintain social distance strictly then sanitised our hand every hour. Another thing need to mention that after guest left from table they spray and make us safe from bacteria. I really appreciate the way canopy staff and management care about guest . Keep it up. We will back soon .
