Great food friendly staff .. best burger joint in KL

Good location right across from our hotel, burgers are fantastic, filling without feeling like you ate too much and they were great value for money. Wings were great too. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Best Burgers in town!!!

We were a group of 4 and ate different dishes and everything was that delicious.If you want western food definitly go here that's the best place to be! The staff is amazing friendly and also that helpful. Definitly would recommand the place!

Online Order from Singapore to Cheras

I received a wonderful experience from Mohanad. He helped me with getting the payment processed because it was virtually impossible to do so on the usual food platforms from SG. His response was also very quick. To top it off, my friend, who was the recipient of the surprise told me the food was very good. I am so pleased I picked Burger on 16. Thank you so much!

Very disappointing.

I came here as this is rated as one of the best "cheap eats" and has many good reviews. Sadly this did not live up to its expectations as the burger was very disappointing with minimal cheese, BBQ sauce, chicken and the chips were stale. It was tasteless. would not rate it much higher than a cheap McDonald's burger. Not cheap either!! The waiter who we ordered with looked like he did not want to be there and just sat there sluggish in his chair the entire time and did not bother to come over at all.

Ordered 3 double smashed burgers with cheese, 2 of them with fries and a drink. The fries were great, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The burgers really left a lot to desired. 2 thin patties in a soggy bun that were under-seared but dry and generally tasteless. To top it off, the servers were talking loudly with someone on speaker phone. Not going back.

Not cheap or good

Burger was not good it tasted like one from McDonald's and was expensive. Definately not worth the time or money to go here. Chips were also not very good and expensive, we assumed they were included with the burger due to the price but they had to be purchased separately.

Good food with vegan options and very caring staff

The restaurant staff was really friendly and helpful when we had an issue with a Grab delivery. They kindly sent us a new delivery although it was not their fault that we did not receive the initial order. The food was great too and they have vegan options as well!

Really tasty burgers

Wow just amazing tasty gourmet burgers. Most Popular is the double cheese burger. Burger cooked to perfection. Chips are tasty too. Milkshakes go nicely with the burger. Yes a bit more pricey then your average burger joint but totally worth it for the quality and the taste. Portions are big. Had to takeaway cause couldn't finish it. The cheese skirt is like a round fried cheese. It's ok but I would go for double cheeseburger.

Best burgers in KL

The best place for burgers in KL! Definitely need to try it! The buns are soft and perfectly made, the quality of the ingredients are high and and the beef is cooked to perfection! We ordered the américain and Swiss mushroom burgers and they were delicious, we also the cheesy fries which were very tasty.

Great burgers branded Heinz Selection in Malaysia (halal)

Ordered double cheese burger and avocado milk shake for a quick fill. Wow incredibly good patty and tasteful sauce! Seems like there’s an explotion of taste in my mouth after the first bite. Location is right across my hotels and outlet looks dope. This is a legit Malaysian Indian burger experience. I’m a tourist and the only one in the store who wasn’t Indian during my visit but this place is so cool without having to pretend for anything. Amazing burger so big cannot be handled using only one small asian hand lol

Hands down the best burger I’ve eaten in south east Asia. Juicy patties, tasty buns, eatable without a knife and fork (a must for me) and coming with crispy, seasoned fries. It helped me through my new year’s hangover and for that I’m eternally grateful.

Amazing burger

Finding somewhere decent to eat when you don’t live here is often challenging. I trusted the amount of great reviews this place had and gave it ago. We got a taxi there as it was well worth the taxi fare. The food was amazing. Simple yet tasty and well worth the money which was very cheap for the quality of the food. Get on down to this place. It gives Five Guys in the USA a run for their money.

Best Burgers!

We we're there for dinner in a group of four people. Two eat vegetarian food, me and my friend eat meat Burgers. The food was so delishes, the homemade ICE tea is a must have! The staff was very friendly and the food also came very fast. I would recommend it for 100%

Definitely one of the best places to get your burger on! We had a whole dinner party with our employees and the our burger experience was phenomenal!! TBH i wasn't aware it was a company dinner party as i was too busy trying to figure out what was missing in my life after biting down on this life changing patty. Love the whole atmosphere and people. Kudos to the chef <3 <3

Everything was excellent, very very good burgers, the fries are very good too, very crispy! The staff is very nice, the room pleasant and very well located. You can't find burgers this good in France Go there with your eyes closed!
