Great spot if you sit outside - the building isn't to high but great view of the Merdeka 118. Small venue with lovely snack food and cocktails. They allowed my 10 year old son in which was a plus as we couldn't find any other...rooftop bars we could take him to. We had a great evening hear, very low key and a novel way to access the bar through a youth hostel and spiral metal stairs! A hidden bar that we only found by googling. Took us a-little while to find it , but was worth itMore

Very rude and disinterested staff. Lack of flexibility and generally annoyed with the idea that people are even ordering. I’m amazed that the management haven’t done something about this. Great bar, great concept, great drinks just terrible staff.

A start to a great night usually starts with a nice dinner and good service. That's not what we experienced here. We got here only to find out that our Reservation for 8 was not honoured (even though we booked a day in advance). We...were placed at a coffee table while the waiters / usher scrambled to move customers from the outside around to make space for our party of 8. Later our server told us that in the event it started to rain we wouldn't be able to move indoors as they were full. Poor service. We ordered the Christmas/New Year menu. Starter: Clam chowder, Mains: Xmas burger, salmon teriyaki, Beef Burger and Fish and Chips. Let's start with the fish and chips. Cause that's what came first. The fish was palm sized With maybe 100g or less of fries and a cabbage slaw. The fish was probably something from Pacific West, instead of an in house batter. At RM28, it's not worth the money and it's effort was lackluster. It tasted bland and the minute amount of sauce & fries truly broke this dish. 2/5 Next the Salmon Teriyaki (2nd to come). The salmon was cooked well. The teriyaki sauce... Wasn't really teriyaki. And there was about 2 tablespoons of risotto to accompany with tempura battered mushrooms and asparagus. This dish was alright, fish was cooked well but that smidgen of risotto was a downer. At RM38, you'd expect a lil more. 3/5 Then the appetiser came... Late. After 3 mains. The clam chowder. Which in our honest opinion was a complete rip off at RM18. It had 4pcs of mussels and slivers of potatoes. The soup was runny and was rather bland as milk was used and not cream. The fatty mouthfeel you usually get from a cream soup was not present. It was a ladels worth in a small bowl and accompanied by 2 slices of garlic bread. Depressing. Don't order this. Ever. 1/5 The Xmas burger was RM38. It was a dry overcooked 180g beef patty which was unevenly seasoned. The bread was soggy and the difference in price to their normal Beef Burger was RM10, with the only difference being 1 extra slice of cheese and onion rings instead of fries. The burger was dry, and the 4 onion rings didn't justify the RM38 price tag. Even the RM28 option was the same. Without even any seasoning for the fries. Both burgers 2/5. The cocktails were horrendously overpriced at RM45/cocktail. The Razxberry Tea was the worst of the lot. It tasted more or less like ice lemon tea. The alcohol was barely present, which begs the premium RM45. The Jaeger Bomb... Which is a staple in most bars these days was also disappointing, with a half shot instead of a full shot. And lastly... The water. Which came in small quaint green tea cups. No ice here. If you need to charge for water, by all means please do. A shot of water for your meal? Would we come here again? Sadly not. The poor service coupled with the overpriced food truly made this Attic experience a little dusty with a sour aftertaste. A shame considering its a prime location with a great view & ambiance. Do better. Your prices demand it.More

Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of spiral stairs and 1 flight of normal stairs. Very nice ambient and deco. It had a great variety of cocktails, but only one red wine and white wine option. We were suddenly told that there were cops...raiding bars nearby and that we had to leave, at 11pm. Such a shame that the communication was poorly managed. The lights came on, and we were told by the manager that we could stay if others left. So it was a bit weird, and we decided to leave rather than to be fined $1K by the cops. Other bars we had been to before adhered to the SOP and therefore did not face any issues with the cops.More

A cool place to hang out with friends. If you hate hate hate stairs + height, be prepared to be scared tho! Drinks were delicious and the view would be beautiful if there weren't renovations nearby. We spent 15 minutes looking for the bar which...was fun.More

There was no one inside when we arrived so the bartender was very attentive. There were a couple people out on the balcony but they left soon after we arrived. We just had a drink (scotch on the rocks). The drinks were expensive (more like...American prices). But we enjoyed it. Very difficult to find. Within a hotel up a winding staircase. Great music! Is a simple bar with nice cocktails, suitable for people who just want to mingle. Plays soft and slow music. They also serves some Italian food and snacks.

Nestled away just off of Chinatown, ontop of a hostel, what a great find. The staff certainly know how to make a good cocktail! Each crafted with special TLC. The manager clearly took pride with his cocktail making skills. Highly recommend.

Mysterious hidden location, a flight of spiral stairs, fusion interior, super friendly hosts and delicious drinks is all you need to complete this mystery non-fiction of your own. The view is raw, not hidden by any fancy schmancy glossy buildings nor any sort of disguise...from the government. Pure sights of KL's Chinatown old buildings, tiny alleys, discolored walls that had witnessed both glory and murkiness that KL has gone through over the years. Truly loving the bold truth and character of this place. Nothing pretentious, this is what KL is.More

Amazing homely bar. Totally hidden, once the taxi stopped we were hesitant to leave as it seems we n the middle of nowhere, but once we found our way to the top (thrilling experience though, going to the top), it was perfect. Great cocktails, homely...atmosphere and amazingly kind staff.More

Excellent cocktails - my negroni was amazing. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs including spiral stairs to arrive “the attic”. Located in a backpacker’s hostel highest floor.... Looks super dodgy at the entrance but it’s fine. Run by some Italians and they serve pretty...good cheese and some Italian bites!More
