Finally can buy healthy food after MCO

Simple and nice design. Their food is really fresh and good and they gave out free dressing for every purchase as a welcome back gift after MCO to me. They also surprise me with 20% discount. Thanks for hosting me and my family.

Still good after mco

Had it grab for late lunch. Ordered a tiger salad with 1 base, 4mains, 1 supplementary, 1 prime and 1 dressing @ RM 23 . Food ingredients are fresh just the only thing would suggest giving 2 tub of dressing as it’s way to little. It’s stingy for giving a way small little tub to put in and mix my salad as dry. As the price is not cheap though Other than that, freshness been great

Plant based options!

I really struggled to find any vegetarian/ vegan food at the restaurants in the Intermark Mall. But I discovered Salad Atelier has several vegetarian/ vegan options!!! The menu was a bit ambiguous as plant based & vegan food didn’t have the V symbol, but the vegetarian options did? Very confusing. Anyway I ordered a plant based burger made with a vegan protein that I was unfamiliar with. I had to question whether it was suitable for vegans since it had no V symbol next to it. The server assured me it was. Bit of a wait for my food but I was given a buzzer to alert me when food was ready. Plant based burger was nice - a bit like Quorn but not. Came with 6 nachos & a dip. Nice enough.

Love for the food but always had hard time talking to the cashier

I go with my colleagues at least once a week using Entertainer promotions. 95% of our visits were struggled with the cashier who denied the participation of the promo code from the app. In the Entertainer rules, the 25% is applicable up to 8 items per bill. However, the cashier were not trained for promo that their company enrolled with.

Satisfied with the portion of salad given that value the money. Excellent initiative that inculcate people to practice a healthy life style. Educate me to get to know the name of the vege, supplement,prime, dressing as well as exposure in adventuring different flavor of taste in each visit. Sparse decor, however it's comfy enough. You have choice of kiddies, Adult or monster size, to customize your salad. Only the monster you get to put some meat in your bowl.

Came here to try the healthier options in KL. Taste is nothing spectacular. For the salmon salad bowl I ordered, it's very odd to pair sweet stuff as 'topping' and rice underneath it. Salmon is tasteless but makes sense as anyone could add on their salt and pepper to taste. As someone who has had salad and soup as occassional meal, this is not one that I'll most likely return to. At a steep price of RM 21.xx after tax for a bowl of salad, I might as well dine in a proper restaurant!

Love the green salad. Yummy flavor and fresh green

traveling to KL with wife and searching around for a good healthy lunch and heard good things about Salad Atelier. They specialize in bowls and salads and I have ordered The monk bowl. The food is extremely fresh and so tasty, and much better than a usual salad. You're definitely in for a great surprise for the flavor when you eat here. Large portion too.

Disappointing

So, I am a regular customer of Salad Atelier. I love their salads: So fresh, delicious and healthy. I had to give them a 3 star however for their poor customer service. I usually order their salads on foodpanda and just 2 days back, I decided to order a Spring Atelier and a byob (Build Your Own Bowl) . I love the spring atelier for its egg (Please don't judge) as Im a big fan of caesar salads and salads that are filling. When my spring atelier arrived, I didn't have an egg and instead had a serving of pumpkin (that wasn't even cooked properly). Not trying to sound judgemental, but I just dont like pumpkin. Besides, I think I have the prerogative as a customer to be requested before having my order changed. As if all of this wasn't bad enough, I actually emailed their customer support regarding my issue. They did not even bother replying! Very sad considering that this is an excellent place for a filling,delicious and healthy lunch!

Tested for lunch: Hand crafted Albacore Tuna with Quinoa salad with cold pressed juice. Verdict : rather ok lah and feels healthy but missing a little soul magic in terms of taste and service. The drinks come with metal straws for environmental reasons (I hope) but there's no way of knowing how well its been washed (they are notoriously difficult to clean normally) as it comes in the drink already... SA Management should consider the metal straws as optional and outside the drink. Top tips : fill in the form before you reach the cashier to save time. Make sure you get as many, and maybe extra, portions of sauce - especially with the bigger salads (the staff don't think to give you the allocated sauce cups if you don't specifically ask).
