Reservation Policy: * Your table will only be held for 15 minutes from the time of your reservation. Kindly inform us if you cannot make it on time so we can accommodate accordingly. Cancellation Policy: * Cancellation / Modification of time must be made at least 2 hours prior to your reservation. * Reserved tables can only be held for 15 minutes, otherwise it will be considered as no show. Corkage Charge: * Please take note that the restaurant has a corkage charge of RM 80 per bottle for wine & RM 100 per bottle for hard liquor.

El Ibérico is a wonderful, cozy restaurant that delivers not just a meal but an experience. The service is impeccable, with attentive waiters who ensure you feel welcome from start to finish. The food is simply outstanding— their paella is so delicious it leaves you wanting more, and the pulpo á la gallega was incredibly tender and flavorful.
One thing that truly sets El Ibérico apart is their authenticity; the dishes look just as amazing as they do in the photos on their website— a rare and refreshing find! The tapas portions are generous, making it perfect for sharing and savoring different flavors.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves great Spanish cuisine in a warm and inviting setting!

Had an amazing experience at this Spanish restaurant! Great vibe, beautiful decor, and a quiet atmosphere perfect for good food and conversation. The staff were friendly, and the food was flavorful and authentic. Unlike most Bukit Bintang spots, parking here is hassle-free as it’s in a mall/office building with affordable rates. Highly recommend! ❤️

I had the mushroom with grilled chicken and it was amazing! We had the pizza and the churros as well. Overall, I liked how the food was not over-seasoned that it overpowers the original taste.
Our server, Mr. Imran was also very accommodating and friendly, always checking in to see if everything is okay.

1/5 because the experience was really bad. Nothing like a Spanish restaurant, the starters were “okay” but the rest was a disaster.
The waiter couldn't make us a Virgin cocktail but could make the classic, as if the cocktails are made in advance
The paella was terrible and they didn't want to change our dish. They say they are giving a 10% discount but it was 10% of a soup which was the cheapest on the ticket.

I was excited to bring my family here while visiting KL on holiday, having seen the reviews, however it did not live up to expectations.
The restaurant was empty, which should have been a sign. Two members of my family had paella which they said was ok but nothing special - they couldn’t work out what meat was in it. I had the ribs which tasted ok but there was barely any meat on the bones and they were all very fatty, which I was disappointed with given the price.
The service wasn’t great - one member of staff was continually flicking through the TV channels, while another came over to take dessert orders while two members were still eating their mains. It felt like they couldn’t get rid of us fast enough.
The restaurant is nicely decorated, but the meal did not feel like good value for money, and rather then spend any more time there I took my family elsewhere for dessert. It was a very forgettable experience.

Disappointing Set Lunch – Let Down by the Food
I visited El Iberico in KL for their set lunch, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance with high ceilings and a stylish interior, and the service was friendly. However, the food did not meet expectations.
I ordered the Albondigas de Carne (beef meatballs), and they were disappointingly rubbery, lacking the tenderness and flavor you’d expect. The set menu also featured very oily dishes, which made the meal feel heavy rather than enjoyable. While the presentation was decent, the taste and execution fell short.
For RM 36+, I expected better quality. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but I wouldn’t return based on this experience. If you’re looking for great Spanish food in KL, there are better options out there.

Starters were ok, main course, my chicken was over cooked and tough, both came with undercooked vegetables. The main issues were the terrible service. We ordered two glasses of white wine and received from the waiter a persistent and hard sell for us to buy a bottle of red wine, no idea why he thought we would want a bottle of red wine when we had asked for glasses of white? We were still eating our starters when the waiter asked if he could remove our plates, we said no, he then plonked two side plates on the table then left. He then bought the main courses when we had finished the starters, told us to keep our used knife and forks and removed our used plates. I would expect a restaurant of this type to provide clean cutlery with each course. When we had finished our main courses the waiter came to remove the two plates and scraped the plates at the table. The staff need to be trained in how to treat their customers.

if you’re in KL stop at El Ibérico! This restaurant went out of their way for us! My family loves Spanish food and this place did not disappoint! The food was great and authentic. Great atmosphere and very clean. We had arrived late to KL and it was my birthday. We grabbed a slice of cake at a nearby bakery and stopped at this place for a bite to eat. The staff went above and beyond and offered to keep my cake in their refrigerator while we ate. Then they surprised me with a free dessert and my slice of cake with candles on them and sang to me! It truly made my birthday special and my kids loved it!
We went back the next night and had their churros with hot chocolate! My husband lived in Spain and he was in heaven! They tasted just like we were in Spain. Once again the staff was so kind and went above and beyond in their service to us. I respect places that know how to handle children. They didn’t flinch when my daughter spilled her water everywhere just cleaned it up with a smile. Thanks again to Imran and his staff!

We have been here lots of times. The staff are really kind and helpful. Imran in particular is great with our 12 year old twins.
The tapas style food is delicious and our son always have pizza which he loves. We all really appreciate the care and attention the staff take with us and we always look forward to our monthly / bi-monthly visits!

It was hard to find this Spanish restaurant. It's really great! Their dishes are authentic and have a real Spanish flavor. I especially recommend their paella and Spanish ham, which are really memorable. The environment is also very comfortable and the service attitude is very good, making people feel at home. In short, this restaurant is definitely the best representative of Spanish cuisine. I highly recommend it to friends who love Spanish food!

I ordered delivery for my auntie's birthday dinner. It was a successful surprise. The food was tasty and the dishes still looks good after delivery. They charged acceptable delivery fee so you may enjoy your food at home, but they only deliver on or before 6pm f.y.i. They also taught me how to reheat the food cause some of us back home late after work. The manager on duty is responsible and reliable, he offered a gift card and kindly printed the words in Chinese for me cause my auntie couldn't read English well makes me feel warm heartedly. I sincerely recommend this restaurant, you may try all popular Spanish dishes here especially Porchetta and Paella Mixta.

Went there to celebrate a birthday as I saw very good reviews… bad decision. Food was very different from what was described and shown on the menu. Ordered grilled vegetables and octopus but they were steamed instead of grilled. Service staff claimed that the chef decided to do the dishes differently (???). We had to send the porchetta and ribs back to be cooked longer as they looked very undercooked. Only 2 tables (we were 1 of them) occupied on a Friday evening.. that should have been a tell tale sign already.
Bad food aside, service was pretty good.

As per our records, you were 4 people at the table, and you’ve ordered the following items:
- 1 x Beer & Honey ribs
- 1 x Original ribs. The latest were returned to cook more as the color didn’t match the picture in the menu. The colour of an original ribs is pale grey as there is no glazing. Therefore, original ones differ from Beer & Honey ribs
- Porchetta was returned to cook more as the skin was not crispy enough. Please note, we do marinate both the ribs & porchetta within 24 hours, then precook & portion them before the actual order received
- Pulpo a la Gallega - a slow-cooked octopus, not grilled one
- Escalivada - vegetables that are cooked whole in a foil paper directly on a grate or gas burner and then peeled and soaked in an olive oil. The vegetables are typically eaten with the bread served aside. The picture in the menu is solely for an illustration purpose.
- Seafood paella
- Champignon al ajillo
- Sangria Red
- Nobile Montepulciano by bottle
- Drinking water

Food is not served in logical order. One by one the dishes are brought and removed one by one. Toilet is outside you get key and toiletpaper. Bread is bad quality. Really good were the ribs. In general a real sens of quality is lacking you can get elsewhere in KL

There were many types of tapas dishes, and they were all delicious. I especially recommend the croquettes and paella. The atmosphere of the restaurant was stylish and the waiter's service was good, so I was able to spend a meaningful lunch. I would definitely like to come again!

Decided on this restaurant thinking that it was under the same management --Neroteca. Learned that it was not .
However I found the menu was pretty much the same as its predecessor.
Access to parking was easy. The restaurant; as whole, was family friendly and clean.
It had an ambience that reminded me of some family run restaurants in Spain.
The food was fair and reasonably priced too. Whilst the wine list was not extensive it was refreshing not to be overcharged for corkage should you bring your own.
I must commend on the personnel. A special shout out to Theresa who I found to be forthcomingly helpful and thoughtful with it too.
All in all a pleasant lunch venue to enjoy a gathering.
