Definitely the best place to have a wonderful dinner in KL with the best night view! The staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and describe all the courses.

The location and ambience of the restaurant is excellent, airy and well suited to the mood. However, when we arrived we were not introduced to the menu nor asked if we wanted water or drinks. We had to ask for water, then drinks, then order...our food. Food was brought to the table but no attempt at explaining what we were eating, nor do we remember ourselves. This is a first for me for a fine dining. We ate anyway but did not have the wow factor nor did we think the festive menu was anything of quality and substance. Probably the only saving grace was the coconut sorbet. The service do not match what is expected of a fine dining establishment. I received a text at dinner asking to provide my review of the restaurant but having clicked on the link it says the page doesn’t exist. What a finale! View was great but everything else was a let down, for 1000 ringgit - 2 person, I would seriously consider taking my money elsewhere unless of course you want an insta worthy posts only.More

Went to Cielo for my GF's birthday. I had heard a lot about it but never went before. The ambiance was really nice, the decor very classy and the views of the city were excellent even if it rained most of the evening. We had:...tenderloin - 148RM Ribeye - 158RM Tuna Tartare - 88RM Lubina Ceviche - 80RM Vanilla Mousse - 46RM San Pellegrino - 27RM Carrot Juice - 18RM Total 609RM The food was excellent, the restaurant is properly staffed and they are vey attentive. The place was full but we were still looked after. The only negative was that a family brought a spoiled young brat boy (~5 y.o.) that kept screaming right next to us. This is not a place for young kids, especially when the parents cannot control their behaviour.More

What a great experience! Everything fantastic! From the beginning with the views, the ambient music and the service! Then the food, a pleasure and new sensation at each dish (my husband and I chose the set menu - 3 steps of joy - and the...kids the tenderloin, which they enjoyed every bite). Highly recommended! We liked the place and the food. The servers explained to us what we were having. A little bit pricey but it was worth it. I liked the starters. Since it was for my birthday, the simple tiramisu cake was delicious.

Great ambience, food cooked to PERFECTION and service was 11/10. Zi Ying one of our servers always made sure we were well explained on the food and what to expect. Brought my family and wife over to Cielo to have a birthday celebration. The ambience was superb as it was at the rooftop and beside a swimming pool. Staff were friendly. We had a great dinner as the food was delicious and the service was...good. The restaurant manager, Aizzar, was superb. His service was flawless as he checked in with us from time to time about our order as well as our experience during the dinner. Overall, a 5-star!More
