Love the set-up as its contemporary yet mix with traditional Japanese elements creating a cozy ambience...putting you in a relax mood. Service, engagement, description on every dish was clear. Kudos to Chef Makoto and the staff. Missing Japan? Missing Sushi? This is the next best place to indulge. Counter seats recommended for awesome culinary session. Oishii !! Highly recommended !!!More

Loved the simple tasting menu at this hidden location. Traditional Sushi counter style. Chef Sam creates for us a special, unique tailored menu full of mellow, subtle flavors. Small and intimate restaurant with very few guests. Being a local Malaysian I thought I knew all...the good Sushi / Japanese in town. Location is not the best not very central.More

Loved the tasting menu prepared at this hidden gem´s counter. Chef delighted us with a unique tailored menu full of subtle flavours. Small cozy restaurant with very little covers. Being a local I thought I knew all the good japanese in town but the location...of this one made it nearly impossible to find. If you prefier the long tasting menu, get ready to spend at least 2 hours.More

A hidden gem in Robinsons KL shocked me with shame as an anti-fan of fish. As a first-timer in having omakase, Hibiki got me at the first sight: meals are so fresh, the taste had its class (even for a newbie like me), the service...focused not just 'to serve' but also to ensure you're getting the best sushi experience, authentic from Japan, in Malaysia. Liked the ambiance, and I'm really full of the Kiwami Course! I fancy their bluefin tuna, Botan, Ikura, and Tamago sushi; Nodoguro and Dobimushi; and their special (and rare) Japanese peach! The place is good for a dinner date, or chit chat till dawn. All the crew is super friendly, in fact, they are irreplaceable! Kudos to Chef Sam, Chef Nicholas, Jo, Faka, Kimmy, and Mariza for the excellent service. Please consider opening a branch in Indonesia but nearby my house ❤More

The quality of food is very fresh. The quantity of food is good enough, it wont make u full. Perfect. Nice chef from Tokyo. If you find the Omakase in Mid Valley, do come here and you will find the difference, then you will continue...to come here instead.More

.Before we came in, we know this restaurant have received the award for Best 20 restaurant in Malaysia. So decide to give a try. We ordered Special Courses for 2, as our expectations are higher for this place. The 1st 4 kind Appertizer was outstanding....Its a journey of flavour. 2nd dishes had Kinki Soup, which we found the soup is so fine taste and the Kinki itself its still firm in texture. 3rd courses Chef served us the Female type Snow Crab from Ishikawa. Im not sure if i mentioned it right. Snow Crab come with alot of eggs. Chef Sam told us interesting information that the female could produce millions of eggs at a time. While the male type is 20 times bigger then the female. And it get sold in Japan for the 1st catch Snow Crab for almost RM50, 000/kg. What the....!? Our sashimi, we had Carabinero Ebi, where this prawn is rated as the best prawn in the world and i 3000 times agree with that! Our Sushi, all the selection is a journey of taste, texture, and focus point of balance between Chef Sam's white and red rice. Everything was im order and amazing. Staff was so excellent and they know our need without asking them. Service i giving 10/10. Great Job! I could not recommend any better, sushi lover or Omakase and foodie should try at least once. Hopefully we could come again on January.More

This little hidden gem of a restaurant is certainly worth the trip. The ingredients are super fresh and the chef only sourced the highest quality seafood. The chef was happy to share his knowledge of the origin of the food he served. Minimalist decor so...as not to distract you from your food. Highly enjoyable dinner.More

To prevent being disappointed, best to make a reservation as seats are very limited. And to maximize your dining experience, book a counter seat.
