Tucked within the Four Season Hotel is a bar where ladies in cocktail dresses and men in their Sunday best would hang out as the sun dips beyond the horizon casting its rays onto the iconic twin towers turning them a magnificent shade of gold....“It is all about sustainability. We use everything and waste nothing,” Julian, Trigona’s assistant bar manager told us as he passionately shared with us how the bar was named after the stingless Trigona honey bee. Needless to say, honey harvested from farms in Pahang play a crucial role to the the inspiration of many of the cocktails curated.
Don’t forget to try some of their signature cocktails such as the Honey Bloom (RM 55), The First (RM55), Serenity (RM60) and Black & Gold (RM 65).
And for those who enjoy a little snack with their cocktails, the Salted Egg Crusted Shrimp (RM58) is not to be missed! Crunchy fresh prawns with a crispy salted egg crust with a touch of curry leaf remoulade to spice things up a little and a drizzle of soft-shell crab croustillant. Sprinkled with a mango chutney to give the dish a refreshing twist and leaving diners with nothing but sweet memories
Good company, breathe taking views, refreshing cocktails and mouth watering snacks. What more could one ask for after a long day at the office.
