Visited Leonardo's with high hopes from an online recommendation, but it left a lot to be desired. Pros are the ambiance and overall look and feel of the place. Cons, are the food. Incredibly mediocre and borderline tasteless with tiny portions. Do not believe the food marked 'sharing' on the menu, it's barely a portion for one person. Chuck that up with over the top prices for extremely tiny dishes, it's not worth it. Save your money and go to Chilis.

Second visit here, my favourite dish is ranjits pasta.. nice vibes but can get crowded on weekends hence prebooking would be a good idea.. the pork knuckles are ok but the sauce can be a bit sweet.. Most of their dishes contain pork .. they have a very good wine selection.. overall a nice place for dining and having pork..

I booked this place to celebrate a friend"s bday dinner. We ordered an appetiser...mushroom...it was delicious. We also had grilled lamb chop and aglio olio. I am impressed that our meal was served at the same time. Lots of restaurants seem to serve 1 person's meal 1st and then the other people have to wait for their food. I enjoyed the pasta...had lots of vege in it. I am a vegan and whenever i order aglio olio anywhere else...it usually comes bare...hardly any vege and charged exorbitantly,so this was a nice surprise. We had wine with dinner and ordered a lava choc cake with ice cream. Loved the texture of cake and ice cream...melted in the mouth.I would say that the meals here are reasonably priced. The only setback is that it is on the upper floor. It would be difficult for the elderly or physically disabled to go up the the stairs.

Always end up at the busy end of Bangsar but this time round a Friend recommended Leonardo's for the ambience and better food. Definitely a chill out place - not too stuffy, not to loud with music or noise from other parties and just enough space between the tables. Food was tasty and portions were adequate for sharing. We had the bacon lollipops, Ramit pasta, tenderloin and cold cuts. Good all round.

Nd to drop off my kid at Bangsar Village for his friend's bday party. so decided very last minute to try out this restaurant which we have not been quite a while. Didnt make any reservation on Sat and luckily hv a table for us. The restaurant is crowded, quite a number of tables were celebrated bday events on that day. We ordered iberico pork tenderloin and pork loin. I found a bit rare for my pork, didnt know pork can cook so rare. We paired with Australia Deen's red wine, wine and food were good. Ordered walnut brownies with their homemade ice cream, the brownies is so fantastic. Overall, we were enjoyed it very much.

Fabulous dining experience. Good food, great friendly service. Order to share so you can try a bit of everything. Favourites were the Kentucky Fried Frog Legs, Guinness Pork Ribs, Smoked Duck Pizza- we also tried the pork satay, bacon done 2 ways, carbonara, margherita pizza, roast pork, watermelon salad, Caesar salad....and dessert!!! Totally worth the calories. Only one comment- please do have a look at restrooms- we dined upstairs and they didn't smell pleasant. Otherwise, a perfect evening out 👍

The last time I was here with my girl friend (now wife) was 6 years ago. Then food then was good. Now with my wife here, the food is still very good. A bit pricey but very good.

Love the Sangria here which is made by blending the fruits with the wine, and is refreshing and addictive. Pork satay and fried frog legs are also really tasty. Can either book a table at the restaurant, or get a table or couch at the upstairs bar area.

Located in Bangsar nestled in a shop lot of a residential area. Ample parking space in front of the restaurant and fairly brightly lighted. Pretty secure to get on and off parked vehicle. Restaurant is located on the second and third floor. Second Floor Find dining restaurant is located on the second floor. Seating is arranged in various combination to accommodate couple to large groups. This being said, deco consist of hard surface and echo can be heard if there is a large crowd. Dining area is non-smoking however there is a smoking balcony at the front. Had a roasted pork which was nicely garnished and well marinated. My date had a salmon fillet which was also very well done. Third Floor After dinner, patrons can retire to the third floor for a more relaxed environment to continue the night. Seating consist of comfortable sofas for all numbers in a group. There is a nice quite corner on the front left and side perfect for couples needing some privacy. ( single seat tall sofa ). Bar and high stool seating also available. A good selection of wine and common spirits. One drawback is that smoking is allowed including ciders. A place to avoid if you do not enjoy the wonderful aroma of cigars. Place was not crowded during my visit. An ideal place to host a small get together or office event up to 35 people comfortable. A little bit on the pricey side. Dinner and drinks for 2 would be in the range of RM250.

My son knew I love to eat pork knuckle so he took us to this restaurant. Surprisingly, this restaurant is located away from the busy centre of Bangsar. Parking is easy. This restaurant is located at 1st floor of a shoplot. It has a very nice ambience with sentimental songs and romantically lighted with candles. We ordered the pork knuckle, but, it is so much different from German pork knuckle. The fats and tendons were removed. Good for those health conscious but not me. But overall the meat is tender and the skin is crispy. The bacon lollipop is nice with soft meat ball wrapped up with crispy bacon. The pork chorizo sausage is nicely done. As that night was my birthday, I received a complimentary birthday cake nicely decorated, even with my name on. I love this gesture very much.

This was an accidental gem of a find for me. First time in the area and I just took a chance after I Googled for a place to eat in the area where I stayed. The place was well patronised for a Friday night but they managed to find me a table for one. The restaurant's signature dishes are pork based in this fusion restaurant serving European and Asian. I was so impressed with the food and the service that I returned for a second seating. The first night I started with the Creamy Wild Mushroom Cappuccino which is a soup. It was fresh and very flavourful. For entre I went for the Iberico pork tenderloin. At first it came out medium but I sent it back for it to be well cooked. Even when fully cooked, it was done just right and the meat was tender and had good texture. Very nice. The house Cabernet Sauvignon was also excellent for my palate and I finished with artisan ice cream from 40 Licks Vanilla and a Cappuccino. Great meal after a long drive. The second night I tried the Sakura pork shoulder. It had the perfect blend of lean and fat and it was just so tasty. The chef did a really good job. I had a sampling of the Fettucine Carbonara with bacon from my companion's plate and it was also a delight. An unusual dessert would be the Watermelon Salad we had which was grilled watermelon with rose flovour, feta cheese and yogurt. I had wonderful meals also due to their staff Magic and Hari who tended to my every request. Keep in mind that you can splurge like I did or have a wonderful time on a more modest budget as they also have good pasta and surprising items on the menu include Char Bee Hoon and KL Hokkien Mee.

Upon arrival I was greeted by their friendly staff. The staff was attentive and constantly asking if we needed anything throughout the whole meal. Ambience was great, place was nicely lit, it was dim but not too dark. Perfect for a couple date. There is a balcony area for those who needs to smoke. Food was great, the staff was knowledgeable and when asked for recommendations he recommended their top dishes. I was here for my birthday celebration and they gave me a complimentary lava cake which was beautifully decorated with my name as well. That was a nice touch:) Be sure to make reservations especially for the weekend as seats are limited. The only thing was that my food was served super slow on that day which the waiter kept apologizing because there was a big group that came right before me. Making me wait about 30 mins or more for each of dish to come. But they did gave me a complimentary tiramisu cake as an apology which is good for me. For the ladies, don't come with super high heels as they are located on the 2nd floor, so you would need to climb up stairs. Do try their pork dishes which is highly recommended. Pork knuckle was nicely done and came with different sauces to suit your taste. I also had their pizza was great, nicely done and I loved the crispy crust.

Great place for a meal without the 'busy' surroundings. Wide selection of food to choose from and good wines for pairing.

Tucked away in the quieter part of bustling Bangsar, Leonardo's is the place to be for pork-centric dishes that leaves a lasting impression. Try the jamon Serrano platter, pork ribs with Guinness sauce, grilled Sakura pork shoulder loin and pork knuckle platter, among others. Service is excellent and wine list looks pretty good.

Good food and very nicely presented. Seafood chowder soup was salty, sausages platter was good variety. Lava cake was superb delicious, it's a must to order for dessert. Price is bit expensive compared to other similar restaurants. The ambiance was nice and cozy.
