We were celebrating my friends birthday in August. A bit thanks to Avai who were so kind to assist us. Every time we asked to change the place, to chose desert he was recommending very nice things. Nice people and cool place made our evening unforgettable 👍👍👍👍

Last Tried on 21 December around 7:15 pm 5 people. It was already packed , sat on the couches in front of the hostess servant table. Place was full , luckily we were not given the table next to pool where people queue for photo taking :) Drinks were nice , servers were attentive , scallop sashimi was nice , burgers were in generous portions , pizza was ok (typical bar pizza baked on electrical oven) Enjoyed it

My wife and I visited with our 2 year old child to have some R&R beside the pool. While ordering, our child slipped from her seat and fell down. Aliff, a staff member at the Wet Deck, reacted quickly and caught her. While she still hit her head, he stopped her from falling fully onto the floor. Apart from a bruise, our child was fine. Aliff upon seeing our child cry, provided her with some iced syrup, providing some amount of comfort. Thank you, Aliff from your attention and kindness.

We went for food & drinks during CMCO. While the distance between guest tables were observed, I was utterly shocked at the nonchalant behaviour of the staff. At least two of the service staff were not wearing their mask properly (pulling it below the chin) - a bartender who was making drinks and a waiter. We had several issues with this waiter: 1) He spilled a tray of drinks just behind us and started swearing aloud, assuming nobody could hear him 2) He then proceeded to put his hands down his pants to tuck in his shirt in public and continued service after that 3) When he cleared the empty plates off our table he also took away food we hadn't finished without asking The complacency of the staff is shocking and unacceptable! Most of the dishes we ordered were mediocre and served cold. As we don't eat beef, we asked the waiter to change the beef topping on the pizza. He said that he would check this with the chef but never got back to us and instead served us another pizza on the menu which we had already ordered earlier! We didn't return this as it was getting late and we needed to leave. Our previous visit here last year was pleasant. I have also dined and stayed at various W hotels around the world, being a Bonvoy Titanium member and have been very pleased with their food and service, which is what prompted me to write this review as the experience was way below expectations set by W. I hope that they improve on this, especially the hygiene standards during the pandemic.

The service from Hammy the bartender and Han the manager was impressive. Considering the capacity of the place and how many people they had to attend to, their service was still more than satisfactory. Everything was on time, and the fruits she cut for the gin and tonic that I ordered was beautiful and fresh. Very attentive and followed up a lot to ask how I was doing or if I needed something else. Loved my drinking session here!

My first visit here, but definitely my last unless I decide not to eat here. The view is great with twin towers on full view and KL tower on the side. I was here on a Monday evening so place wasn’t packed like others commented. What let me completely down were the food. Wings with gochujang that wasn’t well seasoned and tasted raw out from the sauce box. Birds of a flock pizza with unnoticeable toppings of chicken and duck, the cheese was so little that I felt like eating pure dough with tomato sauce. The beef was medium, hence still tender and the only salvage for the night, but the vegetable stalk side is just too salty, and you can practically taste the salt on each leaf. My advise if you stay here is to just come here for a drink after a better meal at banyan tree or any other restaurants at KLCC. This is really a disappointment when you consider food from W Hotel is supposed to be good.

Went there twice this month. First time was for a mingle type of event and the second was for after Christmas brunch drinks. There are not enough waiters to cater to a full crowd and they are somewhat aloof. The atmosphere is great and you can get fabulous twin tower pictures. It gets hot when there are no clouds but there is a nice breeze as well as huge fans to make it bearable. The place is full of young professionals and entitled youngsters trying to impress their friends. Mostly a young crowd.

Yesterday was such a great experience to me and my friends. I booked a table for 12 people, WET Deck already set a nice sofa for us in front of the pool with KLCC View, so fantastic. The dishes tasted good, especially duck pizza. Staff were friendly, well-trained, he carefully explained the menu and recommended the drinks. Cocktails were nice-decorated and easy to drink. The vibe was wonderful, nice music, chilling. Fortunately, the bartender named Hari, he gifted all of us a new special cocktail (not in menu), it smelled fresh and well-tasted also. I can not expect anymore, excellent experience, if your maximum point is 5, I don't hesitate to give you 6 out of 5. I am appreciated your courtesy and efforts, Wetdeck. We will definitely come back.

The staff do not appear to be well trained. I specifically asked the waitress HAMMY if there was free water provided but she replied that there were only paid options such as Evian and Aqua Panna. I later found out there was water on the tap freely available after I saw other tables being served water

We stayed in the hotel for our reunion. The hotel was superb. But the Wet Deck is most definitely lacking in 5 star service. I can say this with conviction as I was there 3 times in 2 days simply because it was in my hotel and the view is amazing. First, I was there at 11pm on a Friday and they said they dont’t serve anymore cocktails because they’re closing. Closing time is supposedly midnight. On another occasion, we ordered the salmon wrap and quesadilla with NO napkins, chopped sticks nor utensils. The food was good! But the service is ZERO star. The waiter served our bottle without an ice bucket. He was wearing skull rings which is unsanitary in the food industry. The service crew here definitely needs a LOT of training plus education on sanitary food and drink handling.

In 2019/2020, its getting quite touristy but its the most trendy spot in the town. Sun - Wed is more recommended as lessor people and no minimum charges for tables. If you stay at W KL, you can enjoy this swimming pool! The best view of KL with unique cocktails and W Hospitality! Thank you very much as always!

Came here for a relaxing after dinner. We didn’t make reservations beforehand but they gave us a table. It was at the cocktails high table area so we requested for a table with sofas area and they accommodated us which was very nice. The ambiance was fantastic with the beautiful lighting and it was so windy as it was open air concept so we really liked it. However the signature cocktails that we ordered were somewhat acceptable to try. The best part was the view of KLCC tower next door and their swimming pool. Will definitely come back again!

We arrived at the Wet Deck just before sun down and were treated to a jaw dropping view of the majestic Twin Towers against the beautiful blue sky in all its glory. We then ordered a cocktail which was absolutely refreshing and delicious as we watched the sun dip over the horizon. The cocktail was refreshing with the perfect amount of syrup and alcohol unlike some places which are either a little stingy with the alcohol or the bar tender takes amusement in trying to make the customer tipsy. While enjoying our cocktail at the Wet Deck, we decided to order some finger food to go with. As expected, the chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy within with a nice touch of sweet to it. The wagyu beef skewers were simply heavenly. Nice and tender on the inside and absolutely juicy within. After the sun disappeared over the horizon and the lights to the Twin Towers were turned on, the sight before us was simply breathe taking. However, the moment the moon rose later in the night, the sight of it against the Citi Bank structure suddenly enlightened us the meaning of “the Citi never sleeps”. All in all, food, ambiance, view, service, it was absolutely perfect. Simple, classy, excellent service with phenomenal views. In our opinion, there’s no better place to wind down from a busy week than a staycation at W Hotel with a perfect evening at the Wet Deck! Full review is on Instagram (@monk3yseendo)

We popped up here to have some cheeky afternoon drinks in-between lunch and dinner and were not disappointed. The cocktails were delicious and made with love and care, the food was quite delicious. Prices are what you would expect. We never ended up going out to dinner and spent a few hours (with the kids in tow) just watching the world go by. Special shout out to our waiter Ari who was super attentive and caring and also to the champion bar tender who made the kids a special mocktial on the house and made them feel like royalty. Will 100% be back here for a kid free night as it seems like it will have a great evening vibe.

My favourite chill out spot, which is located on the 12th floor of W hotel. You get a good view of the Twin Towers(depending on where you’re seated, view may vary). Drinks are made by professionals, so do expect quality despite their slightly steep price point. You get an amazing Aperol Spritzer for rm40(again, not cheap) but the ambiance and the location makes up for it.
