My family and I wanted to have Italian food for lunch, and decided to order through them as I've dined in their restaurant before (pre mco).
Order was done with Ryan through mobile chat and he was courteous and very friendly in his approach. Was concerned about the duration for delivery and the freshness of the food as I stay in Shah Alam, but everything was delivered in an hour via GRAB. Minimum order needed for free delivery and it differs based on where you stay, which is fair enough.
They even have a promo where you can get either 20% off your order or a free margherita pizza for orders above rm50.
Food was fantastic and warm when they reached me, and portions are quite sizeable as my family couldn't even finish everything and had to keep it for later consumption. Thanks again to Ryan for his friendly and attentive service. Will order again when the Italian craving comes around again.

Went there on March 12 2020 with my parents for my birthday. We were greeted and well taken care off by Mr Palani whose service and hospitality was nothing short of the best.
My mother had the Wild Mushroom Fettuccine whilst my father and I shared the Signature Boston Lobster Fettuccine. The wild mushroom fettuccine was rich, creamy and perfect for vegetarians.
The lobster dish was packed full of flavour and there was a generous amount of prawns provided as well. The pasta was cooked Al dente and the flavour of the pasta sauce was pure umami of lobster, prawns and seafood broth.
Now, without the staff knowing it was my birthday until mentioning upon arrival, Mr Palani and the staff members made a fantastic creme brulee with a lighted candle placed in the middle and even sang a birthday song. It was very thoughtful and definitely a birthday dinner I wont forget!
I will definitely be back for more and will recommend Positano Risto to others. Its a great place not just for family but for business, dates, etc. A special thanks to Mr Palani and staff for making it a memorable dinner. Cheers.

We celebrated my 2nd son birthday at the restaurant and they graciously gave us a slice of cake on the house. We took the 6 pax set and were pretty much happy with the selection. But the lobster pasta was a bit of a letdown as the lobster wasnt fresh as i expected it to be. At RM199 we expected it to be pretty mind blowing whereas it was just so so. The calzone was superb and we really enjoyed rest of the menu. Service was fantastic from Palani, a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Would love to return for the calzone soon insyaa Allah.

I went to the restaurant at Publika and ordered two pizzas to takeaway. I ordered a Hawaiian and a Meat Lovers. I requested to change the turkey ham to chicken on the Hawaiian pizza. The manager hesitated and did not want to do it. In the end we both agreed that he will have to add on an additional charge to the bill. RM6.95 for the change which I thought a little annoying. When I got home there was no turkey ham nor was there any chicken on my pizza even though the manager decided to add another RM6.95 on to the bill. Very disappointing to say the least.

We sincerely apologise for the oversight in your Hawaiian pizza when you changed the standard topping of turkey ham to chicken.
The manager likely hesitated in effecting this change only because as you found out only when you got home, our pizza section is not geared for customization of pizza orders to off menu items during extremely busy periods such as Valentines Day yesterday.
We apologise that neither you nor our staff checked your Hawaiian pizza before you left the restaurant.
We would like to not only refund what you paid for your Hawaiian pizza, but also give you a free new Hawaiian pizza with chicken.
We will also pay your parking for your return visit to claim your refund and your free pizza.
Our sincere apologies for the disappointment we caused you. We at Positano Risto always try our level best to ensure that all our diners have a great experience with us.

Called to make a reservation but nobody answered the phone after 11 rings. Walked in and managed to get a table. Went here with the family to celebrate my son achieving excellent grades in his exam.
Was attended by a waiter named Jeeva who was courteous and made us feel at home. He politely introduced himself and gave us descriptions of all the dishes we enquired about. He was humble and also very attentive - he always looked out if we needed something and would rush over. He made my kids comfortable by asking what they felt like eating and recommended dishes.
Food is slightly pricy but delicious. The lobster set will cost close to RM300 but tastes great and is filling. Worth trying at least once.
Only improvement would be cloth napkins which are not provided and hot buns with olive oil / vinegar which should automatically be served as a starter rather than a choice in the menu. This will give the feeling of an authentic Italian restaurant.

We do try our best to attend to the phone and to our customers even at the busiest times. We will definitely do better to ensure no calls go unanswered.
We are glad that you decided to walk-in and we were able to seat you accordingly. We're glad you had the Boston Lobster Linguine which was a perfect dish to celebrate the occasion. We use fresh, live lobsters for the dish and make our sauces in-house and from scratch to ensure quality and authenticity.
We highly appreciate your feedback on the napkins and also the buns with a side of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We will definitely take this into consideration and do our best to make your next visit at Positano one that is worthy of a 5 star rating!

We came as family of six. Ordered the lobster and pasta. The pasta was generous enough for 4 pax although they said its for 2 pax. The mushroom risotto has lots of mushroom in it perfect for mushroom lovers. The aglio olio was good too. We also ordered pepperoni pizza and meatlover pizza . The thin crust pizza was really delicious. And the desserts tiramisu, creme brulee was just nice, not too sweet. The canelloni desert was also delicious.
And Hassan the waiter that served our table was very attentive to our request and always available when we need something.
Overall, this is a good family restaurant.

Dine here today 21/5/20 with my hubby for breaking of fast. To be frank we’ve been here several occasions for our much sought after kind of halal Italian cuisines. Each time we always enjoyed the food that we normally ordered ( black squid ink pasta, thin crust Diavola pizza, melba rossa & Lychee Di Menta drink) n each time the chef never failed to produce them up to our perfection plus the super friendly n hospitable staffs ( remembered one of his name was MR Palani). The only thing that frustrates me was that; they removed the most favorites nibbles by many from the menu , sweet potatoes fries ... hope the chef could reconsider to include it back since i I was told that many regulars of this restaurant had requested the same. Memorable experience n we definitely will return soon n over n over again. Kudos to the entire teams!

Ordered a range of dishes for delivery to my house during the lockdown period. The delivery was very prompt, and the food was still warm despite my house being about 35km from the restaurant location. Ordering online was also very easy.
Food wise - very good. The mushroom risotto and mushroom soup were notable. The pesto chicken was among the better pesto based dishes I have had in Italian restaurants in KL. We thought the salmon and chicken florentine were pretty good as well considering this was delivered. May have been even better if the dishes were consumed at the restaurant itself.
Overall, a very satisfying dinner and I would recommend them.

We were served by Rayyan,who was very attentive and seated us at a table with a view. The food was prepared pretty fast.we ordered the Mushroom truffle risotto, Squid ink spaghetti and the Brushetta pomodoro for appetizer.all the dishes were flavorful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We love the ambience and will definitely come again.

Dinner gathering with my wife.
Found this lovely restaurant in Publika, Kuala Lumpur which is recommended by my Friends. I had aglio olio linguine are awesome and Truffle mushroom risoto which is recommende by Supervisor Palani. we were Wonderfull served by Palani and the same person use to delivery our food alywas with good condition and on time . This place is amazingly good to bring your partner, business meetings & families.
The food is amazingly delicious, service was fast & the staff made everyone welcome in having a pleasant dining experience.
Hats off to Mr Palani who was professional, attentive & made sure everything we ordered was spot on. He also gave us a brief history about the establishment & recommended what we should order based on our appetite.
We’ll sure to be back there very soon!

The food is awesome. We got a lobster dish with linguine. The lobster was fresh, very tasty, and we are very, very satisfied. The pasta is also very well cooked. Soft shell crab pasta is amazing as well. And the supreme calvone is da bomb. Definitely will be returning. Eight thumbs up (we are a party of 4). Our server Hassan is also very friendly and efficient.

From the moment we stepped in, we knew we as a four-person family were in for a real treat. We were served with the best Italian food we have ever tasted, especially the kids (who are pizza maniacs!). Surely coming again, this place deserves every five-star comment it has gotten and more.

We ate pizza because my daughter wants pizza. We ordered Meat Lover & 5 Cheese. It was delicious, especially the 5 Cheese. Recommended for cheese lover like me. Son ate the Classic Lasagna from the kids menu. He said it was so delicious and the portion is good enough for a 9 year old. The pizza can be shared for 2 adult or 3 adult if you don’t eat much. Totally love the environment and the people here are lovely 👍🏻

We made reservation in advance to avoid disappointment. Called to reserve for the lobster as we wanted to try it. Great service by Hassan, making sure we are comfortable and settled down. As compared to other restaurants at peak, it is difficult to "wave" for attention of the staff to get orders or anything else. But Hassan is very attentive and made sure everything is good.
The food is great too. Especially the lobster. The freshness of its meat, not covered by the cheese makes it delicious and worth the price.
We will definitely visit again to try other dishes.
