the beef balls are good, but not exceptionally good. they have the boiled beef slices too, very tender, but the over-tenderness makes me doubt if it's due to over application of soda powder. the place is crowded during lunch, difficult to get seats if go w a big party. easier to manage for 1-2pax. a place for quick fix, and... Yes, this is probably the best and I mean BEST Beef Ball Noodles in KL. Located right in the centre of old Kuala Lumpur at Jalan Tun Tan Siew Sin, the noodles are springy and coated with a minced beef sauce. Served with Beef Balls in a separate soup, you just cant go wrong with this. Douse the noodle with... More

I have been a regular customer for over a decade or so since my college days. Back in the days the owner would do the cooking and sing along the music he played from his laptop at the kitchen. Very entertaining. Recent years they have gotten in many foreign workers to help up and some took over the owner's role... More

Worth trying...Dry noodle just normal and a bit salty. The soup was so tasty and yummy. Beef slice was so tender in light pink colour. No parking space...

Their beef strips are so tender it's almost melt in your mouth. It's simple, fresh, delicious. They are such specialists, they didn't serve anything else until a... More

No visit to Kuala Lumpur is complete without taste of this. OK - I'm probably biased. These beef ball noodles were a part of my childhood, a treat I always looked forward to whenever we were in the city. Soong Kee is still in the same location. There is more room now and one can enter from the front, not... More
