When to that second floor restaurant at KL because of the reviews and was not disappointed. Ask for the boneless chicken masala whit naan butter bread, you wont be disappointed! They served it whit a small dip that was so tasty! Naan bread was a...bit small but the portion of the main dish was honest. It could have been more spicy but all the flavors delivered. It cost only 31 ringgit(10$). I will go back!More

Had a wonderful lunch here. It is located on the second floor. I had the butter chicken, palak paneer and butter nan. Everything was delicious - except the palak paneer - that is why I removed 1 star (it is one of my favourite dishes)....It was watery without any real taste. However, the butter chicken was absolutely delicious and packed with flavour. The accompanying dahl was equally yummy. I would recommend.More

The menu at this restaurant is extensive offering variety of Indian dishes. All the dishes were freshly prepared and were nicely flavoured.

Had their Nattu Kozhi rasam a few weeks ago and it was good. Had it again today and it’s horrible - watery and bland. The same with the Nattu Kozhi kulambhu - totally watery and tasteless. They need to learn how to value customers. Not...becoming of them. Will take me a long time to come back.More

Visited Betel Leaf this afternoon and ordered a few dishes which included mutton bone marrow. There were two large bone marrows served. We could only eat one of mutton bone marrow and had to pack the other one. When we got home, we were shocked...to find stuffed meat inside the packed mutton bone marrow. This left us feeling so cheated. Tried calling the restaurant to complain but nobody picked up the call. As an advice to the restaurant- please don’t do this to your customers. It’s completely unacceptable!More

I was at Betel leaf in Jan 2 this year. I pre booked a table for 10, ordered in advance and gave RM 200 as deposit. When we arrived, we told the staff of our reservation. No one was aware of it. We found a...table that fitted us near the window. We ordered drinks, soup and thali sets. A lady served us. We told her that we pre ordered some mains and to serve it together with rice etc. Everything came but the preordered dishes of chicken, mutton, fish etc. I enquired about it and ask to see their manager. He came and acknowledged that we pre ordered. 12 dishes came out cold. I think it has been sitting somewhere for sometime. April, I was there with some friends. We were served by a young man with a tablet on hand. Food came out fast and warm. I went to the counter to check their range of ice cream and paid for the meal. Went back to the table. A guest of mine went to the washroom. I did not know that she was going to pay for the meal too. Tea came, it was ordered by her after the bill was settled. While we were leaving, I went to settle the bill for the tea. I was told by my friend that she had already paid for everything. I was surprised. The bill was settled TWICE! I confronted the management on how this could have happened. I have operated a Point of Sales terminsl system before. When a bill is settled, a receipt would not be generated. Their explanation was when my friend asked to pay for the bill, there was no bill. They made up a written bill for my friend to pay and said that the bill is missing. So they are operating without systems, are unscrupulous, lack of understanding in management etc. By the way, their menu prices are up by 20%. I will not be recommending this place to anyone....More

Very delicious Indian food! Especially the “Lime Chicken (boneless)“ was very rich in flavor with perfectly tender chicken. Would definitely recommend and come back to try out more.

We came to this restaurant due to the rating and the restaurant describing them self as fine dining on their web site. This restaurant is described as fine dining and it’s not. We ordered 2 veg dishes and 2 meat dishes. Roti and naan and...rice Roti and naan were the same! I was expecting my naans to be soft and fluffy. They were thin and burnt! The chicken dish was full of chicken bones which I would not feed my dog! However the veg dishes were ok. Not sure how this restaurant is getting such a high rating!! It is very expensive for what it is!More
