I had my Birthday celebration at JP Teres restaurant yesterday to celebrate with 02 of my friends. The Nasi Ayam was delicious and Pantai Timur Hi-Tea presentation was impeccable, reflecting the aesthetic creativity of your chefs but for us is to sweet ..
Price - Affordable
The waitresses that served us đť—śđť—𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗜 and đť—śđť—Ąđť—” were quite pleasant, friendly and we received timely service. has truly managed to attain the highest standards of hospitality and service that are rare to experience these days.
Keep up the good work to both of them.
The ambiance at the restaurant was upbeat and welcoming, and it was clear that all of the customers were having a good time.

For someone who loves variety and an all-you-can-eat experience, hotel buffets are often the ultimate indulgence. The buffet at JP teres @ Grand Hyatt is a delightful blend of local flavors and international dishes, offering a little something for every palate. Their freshly carved meats, like kambing bakar & iga bakar bali is a must try!
The staff (Xiu Wen, Muji & Hasi) are friendly and attentive, constantly checking to ensure plates are cleared promptly and refilling drinks without being intrusive.

Went for anniversary celebration last time. Now came back with my whole officemate for Iftar at JPteres. Excellent service from Mr Hasif the manager as he cater us the best as he could with our table requests. Chef Amir also very good to make sure we had enough food and comfortable during iftar. Chef Amir’s recommendation of foods and serves us plates of delicious meals so us can eat peacefully while iftar.

Its was a bery enjoy able experiance especially with the service provided by your Manager Muji and Oliver who welcomed us.
The service crew were very helpful especially Syafiqah and Xu Wen and bery accomsdaying and advice with a smile and bery fast service.

Service is 5/5
Food is 3/5 esp when they serve raw chicken in theor chicken rice. They did made a new set. It is just not acceptable to serve raw chicken!!! Cucur udang is very nice. Rendang lavks some authentic flavour, but the beef is tender.

Great variety of food especially chicken rice is fragrant and tasty. The staff is very friendly especially Firdaus. He is attentive such as fill up your drink, clearing your plate without disrupting your meal experience

The food was fantastic, Chef Nazib and Chef Efezie treated us wonderfully, explaining each dish in detail. Chef Nazib even surprised us with a special Sup Gearbox, which we had missed at first. Great food and excellent hospitality!

We spontaneously visited jp teres Restaurant and were allowed to enter just an hour before closing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Aj. The service from the dear Siti was equally exceptional and exceeded our expectations.
The food was simply the most delicious we have ever eaten! With every bite, my husband and I looked at each other in amazement. The quality of the dishes and the warm service left us truly impressed. Every time our water glass was empty, perfectly chilled water was refilled for us – a wonderful touch!
We are here for four days and can hardly wait to return every day! A special thanks to Aj and Siti, who not only impressed us with their outstanding service but also engaged us in delightful conversations.
As a surprise, we received a perfect dessert on the house since the dessert counter was already closed. Even though I’m not usually a fan of sweets, the cheesecake with the best strawberries I’ve ever tasted was absolutely perfect – a solid 10/10!
I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful this experience was. We look forward to coming back soon!

Went for Iftar the other day gather with my friends who we are not meet up for so long. I decided to choose JPteres Grand Hyatt KL.
Before came, i read/asked some review from friends & family who visit before us. Most of it rather too good and some are average. Need to experience myself!
Arrived greeted by guy in red baju melayu Muji if not mistaken the name assisting to our table, very welcoming. Surprisingly, we do love the buffet line crafted for ramadan this year from Hyatt that the product was extra miles with price quite cheap among of the hotels around KLCC. Personally, i do like the Asam Pedas & Gearbox Sup most. Nasi Ayam is still the best in town.
The hospitality? I have to mention because they are so warm & make us feels like home. Thanks to Ashraf, Atikah, Syang, Amit & some others couldn’t recall. Please keep these people as an assets of yr hotel.
Overall, we had an amazing experience with your team. Will definitely recommend to our relatives & friends!

The Ramadan buffet at JP TERES was an absolute treat! The food was rich in flavor and served fresh. Our waitress, Xiu Wen, was a true gem-her friendly service and attention to detail made a big difference. She made sure we were comfortable and offered suggestions on the best items to try. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate Ramadan with a delicious meal and top-notch service.

I had an excellent dining experience at JP teres thanks to Razaleigh and the rest of the staff!He’s very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Razaleigh was knowledgeable about the menu and made wonderful recommendations that enhanced our meal. The service was prompt without feeling rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. I highly recommend dining here, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Razaleigh and the rest of Grand hyatt staff as your server!

It was a great experience dining at JP terrace. Amazing spreads for Ramadhan buffet. The deco, the ambience the helpful staff and most importantly the flavourful foods. Love their masak lemak river prawn the most by chef Amir. Sous Chef Nazib was so considerate and ensured we got our food right before breaking fast and he’s friendly too! Their kambing bakar masak merah, daging bakar and satays was delicious 👍🏻 Not to forget, Razman one of the staff that made our dining experience the easy one. So very helpful! All I can say that, it worth every penny that we spend here.
I won a lucky draw from Grand Hyatt while dining here yesterday ♥️
