This restaurant is part of the KL Bird Park. I ordered butter prawns and the prawns were not fresh. It's average, overpriced food. You can enjoy better food at less the price that they charge here at other restaurants.

This restaurant is very conveniently located, right outside the Bird Park, within the Botanical Gardens. It's pretty much the only place to eat in the area. I was walking around in the gardens for a couple of hours and the heat got a bit too much so I came in here. It's not the cheapest place though it's still affordable... More

Good food and fast service while looking over the bird park. There was a mixed menu which suited both adults and fussy kids. The juices were awesome and refreshing and the nasi lemak was tourist aimed, but still nice. The pricing was a little more than usual, but that's due to the location.

Unfortunately, we were there before visiting the bird park. Afterwards, you would get a coffee for free together with a paid meal (if I remember correctly). The food was tasty, although it was hard to find a proper vegetarian option.

Instead of buying an expensive ticket to the bird park, we opted to rather have lunch at the Hornbill Restaurant next door. It was definitely worth it! The food was some of the best we ate in Malaysia (and well priced, considering its location at a prime tourist attraction) and beautifully presented. We sat outside on the deck and watched... More

What a treat this restaurant is! For starters, it's cool and comfortable with friendly attentive staff. Prices are between 16 and 24 ringett for a main meal, 11 ringett for a fresh juice and 15 ringett for a 3 scoop banana sundae. My kids were craving western food so ordered a bolognese and Chicken Cordon Bleu. We had Char Kwe... More

A well needed stop off after trekking through the park. Great place, beautiful outlook, good food. Hornbills and monkeys abound. Locals as well as tourists were eating in. Definitely worth a visit - for both food and views alike.

We enjoyed lunch at the Hornbill Cafe during our visit to the KL Bird Park, although you don't have to visit the bird park to go to the restaurant. Very pleasant surroundings, you can eat inside or outside on the balcony which overlooks the bird park. A good menu and not badly priced, I had the Nasi Goreng which was... More

We visited this restaurant as part of our visit to the KL Bird Park, but you can just dine there if you choose. We were only looking for a snack so their satay washed down with coconut milkshakes worked just a treat. Food was delicious, service was great, and price was excellent.
