Arrived 3 people on 22 April 20:00 pm Ordered lamb kebab, lamb cubes, biryani , drinks and babaghanush (see photos ) Lamb kebab was made of to much mean with lacking of fat and over cooked (dry) The lamb cubes were too dry and chewy...The tables were placed next to each other too closed It was super noisy by people who shouts and experiment laughing on higher tone in ten restaurant where waiters encouraged No wonder I did not notice this place after living 4 years in KL as this was my first time trying this place and the last oneMore

I used to get my Yemeni food cravings fixed at Maharba, they served really delicious Yemeni food both at Publika and Curve but had to closed its door to pandemic. Their chef was sent to become the 2nd chef at Syrian House 😞. Then I...have been trying to find another Yemeni food outlet and most are lousy until I found Wadi Hadramat. I could get back the lost tastes once again and their staff are always courteous and accommodating. I didn’t mind drive from Subang Jaya to Ampang as it’s really worth it. Hope more people will come to know this great place that serve really yummy authentic Yemeni food.More

In 2018 I left a very good review for this restaurant however over the years it is become very bad. Must say the quality of the food has really deteriorated. They say the chef has changed but then the quantity and quality cannot become this...bad. Over the years the pricing has increased which is no problem but portion size has become less than half. Taste and quality totally gone down. The chicken pieces of sheesh tawook have become half the size and that too is dry not moist n juicy. The Mullawah also half the original size and not even baked properly ... was half raw. When I told the cashier he said he is only a cashier need to talk to manager. The person cooking ... Is he really a chef or a beginner who is learning to cook the food.More

Lot of regulars ( so I am ) in this place , and for good reason , the food is excellent, staff is friendly and professional . I’ve tried almost all the menu , I recommend the lamb Mandi served with a delicious rice (a...must try ) . I always take away as live close by . The restaurant looks all right: aircond inside , but too hot for me to eat outside .More

Yes.. this is the second Middle Eastern restaurant that I'd gone to recently, after catching the bug. And this again came to the mind when I was indecisive on what to eat for dinner. As we were in the vicinity of Jalan Ampang, we took...Grab to head to our destination. Located along the busy Jalan Ampang, the standalone building gave us such a good impression. Service was quick and friendly and we were shown to our table quickly. ◾Lamb madghout - lamb and long grain rice cooked with pressure cooker with mix of their in-house special spices, and extra tomato sauce, served with special chilly sauce. ◾Wadi Hadramawt mix grilled - perhaps the best value of all the grilled dishes where lamb, chicken, fish, prawn and beef (we didn't touch the beef) were thrown in. Apart from the prawns (past its glory but not yet mushy), everything was commendable. ◾Mullawah - I think that I'd grown to love this bread reminiscent of roti canai. ◾Ogda chicken - chicken meat, onion, and garlic fried with tomato puree. Ordered this because the kids were lazy to chew big chunk of meats but we ended up eating most of it. It was a satisfying dinner to say the least.. the bill came a little over RM100 and I was glad to foot the bill since all of us were very full.More

Wadi Hawdramawt is a good-sized place sitting behind a car lot on Jalan Ampang. The airy downstairs and upstairs dining rooms have plenty of seating at tables of all sizes, and there are at least a few tables in a covered outdoors area as well....The food from the large menu and is very good all around, cooked beautifully and with wonderful spices. The standout to me is always the rice, which is one of the top one or two rices I have had around Kuala Lumpur (with the other being Chen-Chen Goose & Duck in Pudu). Other than the rice though, I have been able to try many things on the wonderful menu and have not felt that I have made a bad choice yet.More

We ordered mix grill. Delicious. And we got free mulawah bread. The garlic sauce btw is so pricey. The portion is so small and they charged rm4 for one portion.

The rice was uncooked and full of cinnamon which made it a bit bitter. I told them about the food they changed it, it was the same less cinnamon but sweet me and my friend both got stomachache . It was the Worst Arabic food...i ever had.More

I do not understand how this place got good ratings. I had a small mix appetisers. The salad was old, the tomatoes crispy (not ripe) and the mixes wasn’t special. The only thing that was good was the bread and the juice was okay.

Totally filled my tummy with with Filo Bread Mullawah, and grilled chicken was fantastic. Eaten too much for sure. The dozen of us had ordered too much, had to pack a big plate of Lamb Mandy.

Ordered our lunch thru Foodpanda due to time constraint....the food was delivered fresh and hot and it was amazingly delicious! Portion was big, lamb was very tender and soft. I just love the chicken khabsah and the tomato salsa...The best in town, no doubt.
