A good and wide selection of Vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices. A good ambience to have a quiet meal with friends.

We walked by and it looked decent enough for a casual lunch. The combo rolls is very good although the dips is a little lame. The chicken salad with lime and basil is also good quality but as little bland in the dressing. The mixed bed noodle got the right condiments off lime, raw bean sprouts and basil but the broth and the mixed beef ingredients is also mediocre. But overall still pleasant and a safe bet for a quick Vietnamese meal.

The only Vietnamese restaurant I’ve found in KLCC mall so decided to check it out. It wasn’t too packed at lunch hour. Ordered the recommended dish on their menu, beef pho. The soup tastes ok but the beef was a bit tough (over cooked). It was pricey for the small portion served.

Pork free Vietnamese restaurant with good service. The price is quite reasonable considering that it is in KLCC. The Pho is really tasty and so is the fried seafood noodles. Dripped coffee is not bad too.

Terrible service, food did not arrive after more than 30 mins. Asked a waiter after I noticed another customer who came later get their order and told to wait. A few minutes later I was asked to make a new order. I walked off!!

The food (which naturally is the most important) was only 'OK', so-so or perhaps just not to my taste, The fresh spring rolls didn't taste authentic; some herbs may have been missed out; and the peanut sauce seemed to be a watered down version of the real thing. The rice rolls were the tastiest, and had the most authentic flavour. The dry noodles with beef was tasty enough, although the soup that came with it was only lukewarm. The seafood salad had fresh prawns and squid but the dressing lacked the classic Vietnamese balance of salty and sweet. For dessert we chose the more classic 'che' which was translated to Vietnamese cendul with mung bean. The taste was fair but the coconut milk used was very very thin and watered down, unlike the real ones you get in Vietnam which are think and creamy. Service was pretty good and very fast, given that we went during peak lunch hour.

Tasty Vietnamese food served here. The pho is nicely done and the Vietnamese pancake is superb. Size of the dishes are pretty big. The ginger lemon tea is very refreshing.

My craving for Vietnamese food led me to Du Viet. First of all, my opinion may be biased by the fact that I just recently returned from Hanoi. Having compared the pho in Hanoi and in Du Viet, there are certainly many room for improvement. I ordered a Hanoi pho and the food come in a quite large bowl. However, I am quite disappointed by how little the rice noodles were inside although the bean sprouts were abundance. The beef did tasted good but the soap was a bit salty as though as relying a lot on MSG for the flavor. The waiter and waitress were friendly and service were good despite the many patrons in the outlet at that time.

Went here with a friend. Found it by chance. Ordered from the large but tattered menu (might be a good idea to replace them). Enjoyed the pho, a soupy noodle dish and a few other dishes. Also liked the lemon grass drink. Service was relatively fast given the smallish crowd that was there. Nice place for a quite chat with friends. Would go here again to try the many other dishes.

Extensive menu for Vietnamese food be appetizers, pho or Vietnamese buns. The appetizers are worth trying out. Vietnamese coffee was soso only, coffee was not strong enough but they provided generous amount of condense milk, fruit juices are a tab sweet. They do not service Chinese tea or warm water, only bottled water which can be pricey.

Came across Du Viet on a quiet Sunday evening in KL and decided to try. The restaurant was clean and inviting and at that late hour there were only a few customers having their dinner. The food was well presented and enjoyable. The menu offered the Vietnamese standards which meant plenty of inviting options to choose from so it took me a while to decide. The dishes were well presented and the grilled lemon grass chicken came as skewers served on a bed of cold noodles and vegetables whilst the grilled lemon grass fish also came with vegetables as well as a serving of steamed rice on the side. Both dishes were delicious.
