Italian gastronomia! 👏🏻🥂🍝

Perfection from starters to dessert. The olive oil which accompanied the welcome basket of bread had a wonderful, fruity aroma that I had never tasted before. We followed it with a duet of veal pasta and baramundi served on a medley of vegetables (the latter was a special order; they accommodated my request to change the salmon to baramundi, kudos for their flexibility). On the occasion of our anniversary, those who attended to us prepared a complimentary molten chocolate cake (thoughtful, so I didn't have to share my creme brulee dessert with my wife). Great experience, and we'll come back again... But I guess the decor could do with a makeover (note to Roberto - I'm an interior designer). 😉

Recommended romantic restaurant

We had fresh irish oyster, angel hair pasta which comes with prawn and a beef tenderloin. Overall, we are satisfied with the foods served and the attentive service, especially by Babu. In terms of pricing, it's not as expensive as but u get the foods and service and environment as compatible as fine dining in the hotel.

Be Seduced By The Alluring Scent of Truffle

First off, this is a review on their food delivery and not dine-in. Situated in the heart of down town Kuala Lumpur is this Italian inspired restaurant with seasonal menus and boasting a chic atmosphere. But how do they serve up in a delivery service? Service: We placed the order via a third party app which was pretty straight forward. Packaging: They arrived in pretty standard take-away boxes Chicken Roulade (RM 72.08) With much anticipation, we sliced the tender and juicy chicken which was filled with an alluring aromatic mushroom and truffle paste and macadamias. We rested this upon a bed of mashed pumpkin which has a very smooth and creamy texture. Completing the dish was a drizzle of dijon mustard and shallots over the top and a slice of bread which went beautifully with the sauce. Recommended? Good food, disorganized staff

My husband and I made a reservation through Trip Advisor and got a confirmation e-mail. However, we were not on their list. So we had to wait to be seated. Finally they put us to sit outside where nothing was set up and chairs were wet. The staff was friendly but very disorganized, like it’s their first day of working. They are not writing down the orders nor repeat them and you have to point to the food on the menu in order for them to memorize it. Very unprofessional! We ordered a bottle of white wine, however, they brought two glasses of red wine. Then we waited for our wine for more than half an hour. The starter, homemade tagliatelle, came after the main meal. They totally spoiled the entire mood for us! It was also uncomfortable to listen to other people there complaining. The food was very tasty and nicely presented (we had the salmon and lasagna) besides the homemade tagliatelle which could have been more creamy and with more flavor.

Delicious food and very good service

The food and service always exceeds our expectations! During the lock down we were ordering take away and everything was perfect with very good standards. Now that it’s open, we came to have lunch and dinner and the protocols are very good, sanitizer temperature masks etc. we will recommend to come here every time you want to have a good Italian dinner or lunch

Muet try place for fine dining in KLCC

One of the best fine dining place with super fast service in KLCC. The food was so good and unique that both adults and kids relished it alike. It has a quiet ambience for good time with family and friends.

Great Food & Ambience

Another visit to this great Italian restaurant. The Impepata di Cazze e Vongole was full of fresh black mussels and clams in hearty tomato soup. Very refreshing. we also had the Warm Irish Oyster food, which was OK. For mains, the Black Angus Tenderloin and Italian Veal Tenderloin were both perfect. Definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurants in KL.

One of the best Italian's I've visited

Can't say enough nice words about this place, amazing experience for my partners birthday. The service was second to none, the waiters made us feel so welcome, regularly checking in on us without being overbearing. The food was incredible, I had the vegetarian lasagne and my girlfriend had the gnocchi, we were both blown away. Best Italian food we've had in Asia by a long distance. Can't recommend this place enough, no surprise why it's the number 1 Italian in Kuala Lumpur.

Zanzero does not disappoint

Dined on 4th July 2022 around 20:15 pm for 6 people , sat on the table near the window. Ordered several appetisers , mains and desserts such as ; carpaccio , tartare , crab soup , buratta with cold cut , seafood linguini , pasta with lamb ragout, squid , three deserts ; panda cotta , tiramisu and chocolate lava. All tasted great but some needs to be elaborated ; the crab soup was divine , the art of cooking should be celebrated , it was a full body soup exceptionally finished off. Tartare was full of flavour in great texture , tiramisu was spot on with texture (although without Amaretto) Service was great Manager who always on the floor who remembers us always makes a huge difference The lively and lovely female Server again remembered my fave pasta (seafood linguini aldante) We enjoyed and will go there again

What a find, you must try Zenzero.

I am not one who normally writes reviews, but I just felt I simply must on this occasion. The service and friendliness of the staff from the minute we arrived was just great. The food prepared by Paolo (a nicer guy you will not meet) was excellent from the Pan seared foie gras and Burrata Pugliese starters to the duck main course. Paulo also looks after it's sister restaurant down the street 'Cicchetti' which is equally as good (which we just had to visit the next evening). The wine selection must be mentioned as the have a very large selection and a couple of Ripasso's at below RM 300, superb wine at an unbelievable price.

A new experience of Italian food

Good food and excellent service! We especially like the Irish oyster soup, very simple and flavourful. I had the main which is baked groupa with white wine sauce and it was just as good. Like the sauce very much. The south African white wine goes very well with our food too. So as to sum up, we a group of six have enjoyed the food overall and would like to recommend this place to our friends for Italian food.

Superb customer PR

Was well received by Mr Mehdi and Mr Daniel; initially picked up the phone to make a reservation (just in case) and was warmly greeted and welcomed. The moment you step through those glass doors, their customer rapport is second to none. I'd like to especially highlight the ambiance in the restaurant - the atmosphere alone is very nearly almost akin to stepping through what I pictured in my head as THE perfect setting for a date. And what a way to celebrate an auspicious occasion than to have it here at ZenZero. Kudos to the team!

A place to introduce

Celebrated my wife's birthday here. She is a vegetarian and there is some vegetarian option to choose from the menu. The service, food, and ambience is good. We end up having a good memory in this place. A place which I will visit again the next time based on the experience.

Fantastic! Also for gluten free

The restaurant is really beautiful! The waiters are so kind and had informed me about gluten free possibilities and modifications to have some proposals in gluten free version. They can also made pasta gluten free. Finally I had a grilled fish mix, it was a fantastic dish!! It was really a good dinner in a beutiful atmospere.

Great Italian/Mediterranean restaurant

We really enjoyed our mid-week dinner at this restaurant . The food is not your regular Italian fare of just pizzas and pastas but it had a twist of Mediterranean flavor added to it which is a welcome change. Also liked the way the chef added a touch of creativity to his dishes eg. Sea urchin linguine. The desserts we tried (cannoli and panna cotta) tasted exactly liked the ones we had in Italy. Overall the ambience and the service was also very good. All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely go again.
