Chambers Grill offers an innovative grill menu of prime aged meat cuts or fresh seafood served cooked "a la minute" over lava stone, charcoal or on our "robatayaki" style grill annexed to the hotel's stylish Aviary bar & lounge. All cuts are specially treated in a custom designed Himalayan salt tile dry-ageing cabinet to produce the best grilled steaks that’s sure to meet the expectations of every carnivore aficionado. This is the first time I came to this restaurant for a birthday celebration. Stepping inside, I noticed that the ambience is very comforting. The restaurant isn't very big, making it a very personalized in terms of service and food quality.
Waiter & Waitress Adli and Regina was very friendly and accommodating albeit personally I feel 2 Waiters aren't enough for such a classy restaurant.
On top of that the food there was great! The Medium rare Tomahawk steak was cooked so perfectly that the inside of the meat is warm and tender when it arrived.
Everything was perfect, service was good albeit slow. I wish they could increase 1 or 2 more number of Waiters to make customers service better.

We had a fantastic wagyu tomahawk steak dinner for my early birthday celebration. Table was specially decorated with flower petals and I was surprised to get a birthday song with my dessert. Thank you to Mr Adli and his team for the great experience.

Treated my sister and her hubby for their 40th wedding anniversary at this cozy place recently. The level of service remained to be at its tip top standard and the food was just marvelous!
I managed to reserve the last available table with ease even though it was more than a week in advance. So, much earlier bookings would be advised to avoid any disappointment.
The generous portion of complimentary ciabatta, which was served as soon as we sat in, was delicious. My Mom who is a true home baking queen has made a serious study on it then, and I believe she would try it at home soon 😊
The foods were served within reasonable waiting time. The salmon fillet for my sister and lamb cutlet for her hubby were nicely done and with the portions just right. Both finished them satisfactorily without any complaint, which was amazing.
My Mom and I shared the very nicely presented huge Angus Tomahawk steak along with 3 complimentary sides. Yes, the cut was huge and enough for 3-4 persons. It was a perfectly done medium rare piece of juicy steak and smartly cut into the right sized pieces, presented together with the bone. It really brightened up the occasion and became the center of attention for all of us at the table. Of course, we could not finish it but brought the leftover home in a nicely packed box provided by the restaurant.
At the end of the meal when we were having our dessert, i.e. tiramisu and the delicious poached pineapple, a nice piece of complimentary cake with the wording “Happy Anniversary” was presented by the staff too.
Throughout our meal we were attended mainly by Adli, the service staff who was very nice, helpful and experienced. He was experienced enough to give us appropriate advice so that we did not order too much since we had no idea on how large the size of the shared tomahawk steak was. A special thank to Adli on that.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable dinner and with Adli’s service, we had a great evening at Chamber’s Grill.

Had a wonderful time dining at Chambers accompanied by the great service from both Raja Adli and Azu. We were recommended a beautiful 1.3kg Wagyu Tomahawk Steak served with 3 sides. We got the truffle fries, portobello mushrooms and the grilled asparagus. The steak was cooked to medium-rare perfection by Chef Brett. After the meal Raja got the little hint that it was one of our birthdays and prepared a birthday message on the dessert we ordered. Overall, a splendid meal. Very satisfying.

Pleasant dinner for us. The team led by Adli really made us feel at home. Azu in particular knew precisely what we should order in the right quantity. The wagyu tomahawk ordered was prepared to perfection by Chef Steven. Will certainly come back in near future to repeat the perfect family dinner experience....

From start to finish, there was impeccable service by Mr. Adli (the manager) and his team member Saiful. We loved the warm bread served. And the Tomahawk steak by Chef Steven tasted nothing short of amazing. Adli was very kind to give an extra serving of fresh bread just for my parents to take with them. Very good experience and we will definitely visit again!

We were staying at Hilton and had dinner here. I was really surprised by the quality of the food and how beautifully everything was prepared.Everything was delicious. Best wagyu M7 steak we had! Mr Aldi is very friendly and Chef Brett’s food is excellent! The ribeye wagyu M7 made to perfection and blue swimmers crab cake was really delicious. My wife loved it so much. Thanks to so much to Mr Adli and Chef Brett, so thoughtful in providing us a surprised complimentary anniversary cake. Really made our day better. Highly recommended to come here.

This is my first visit to Hilton Kl, and I've heard about the excellent food qualities at chambers bar & grill. To be honest, the stories i've heard is indeed true as the steak was one of the best i've tasted and my dining experience was made even better with the excellent customer service by Ms regina and her fellow crew. Kudos to the team and ill definitely visit this place again in the near future.

Celebrating my buddy’s birthday at Chamber Grill. Mr Adli was so accommodating and make the event a special touch. He has been checking on us and making every food and the event are right to perfection. Azu was very helpful especially in helping us taking photos that we almost grant their Professional photographer. Chef Nathan and Haziq had been the Wahyu Sirloin to be best medium raw without the “blood all over” the plate. Fajar also gave us a great service. The most importantly the birthday event goes exceed the expectation of Birthday Boy!

New Year's day celebratory dinner was impromptu, decided to dine-in at Chambers Bar and Grill and it didnt dissapoint. The service was spot on must the onion bread served was surprisingly good, couldnt help ourselves to a second helping. Main course was up to mark having orderered the chef's signature- waghyu beef burger for me and the 220g tenderloin steak for Le Hubs, meal was cooked to petfection satisfying our meat cravings. Special shout out to the team: Stephanie, Regina the manager and as well as the three Chef's; Nathan; Hafiq;and Ehsan for their amazing dedication delighthing guests with their culinary skills while adhrering to the SOP's ensuring the safety and well-being of guests. Thank you for the warm and caring hospitality!

Food was always good in Chambers. We totally enjoyed the recommendations and service rendered from the service crews especially Regina’s knowledge on wine, Azu and Stephannie on the type of sauces to pair with their special Tomahawk steak. Thanks Chef Nathan, Haziq and their team for making a scrumptious meal. We hope to dine again when the MCO lifted.

Manager Adli probably one of those experiences that define service standards. He's the person to look for. Hajar on the hand is like batman and Robin. They both pack a punch when it comes to delivery the best service experiences.
Food wise...nothing less than perfection! You gotta give it to both Chef Brett and Nathan that had display one of the wonders of steaks at its best..
We had everything perfectly made from the foie gras, scallop tenderloin, to wadyu paste n tomahawk!
Don't trust me, come try yourself!!

Ordered the angus ribeye cooked medium, chef nathan and haziq got it the temp correct. It was seasoned nicely, and the sauce that came with it was also quite nice.
Also ordered truffle fries to complement my main dish which was also good.
The manager Adli was polite and courteous, as well as Azu.
Overall enjoyed the experience and will come again

Memorable dinner at Chamber's Grill, Hilton KL.
Succulent wagyu tomahawk that melts in your mouth was the highlight of the meal. Chef Brett cooked just according to our preference. Very good service from Adli, Azu and Fajar throughtout the dinner - they also delivered our dessert with birthday song and greetings. Truly delightful.
