I went here after it was closed few months for renovation. During this visit, I had crispy chicken burger and it became my favorite dish at this restaurant.
A week after that, early Feb, I came again to have the same meal, and my partner had a Halibut. Both dishes was good. No complain. I am someone who usually only drink warm water so both visits I had warm water that was provided free by the restaurant.
I went there again last night and ordered Philly Steak Sandwich and Flaming Wings, when I want to ask for warm water, the waitress said, there's only mineral water. When the drink came, I was served with San Pellegrino Still Water 750ml. I asked them if they have smaller size or if I can have normal drinking water, they said that they no longer serve warm/tap water. Wow, I was surprised! I seriously don't mind paying for the food and drink but I don't understand why they don't serve warm water anymore. Imagine, I usually drink only abt 250ml water or less while having my meal. Now I have to pay still water for RM19 and I can't even finish it.
And imagine if I need to take my tablet/meds and the restaurant refuse to bring me a glass of water then it will be a disappointment.
Well, the food was good. Sometimes we spend few hundreds buying food, drinks and desert but the waiter refuse to bring us even a glass of tap water. Maybe next time I'll bring my own mineral water😂

I have visited this place for too many times since I have landed, I honestly love everything about it. From the alcohol to the food then the superb customer services.
I'd normally just go for the gin since they have really cheap happy hour of three glasses of gin for RM70, but last night I finally had dinner there as well, and it was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I was served by the lovely Sarmila last night and she recommended me a few options which eventually I went for the set deal they were doing. I had the chicken soup as starter and the special pasta as main, it also comes with a choice of coffee or tea for just RM38+ (what a bargain!). The soup was great but what blows my mind was the pasta, they have done it in a special way that not even I will possibly think of - it's vegetarian and it taste healthy! The sauce was made with herbs and curry powder which I was the reason why the dish was so lovely.

During our recent stay in Kuala Lumpur, my husband and I we went to this cool and friendly restaurant a couple of times. And each time we had the most magnificent and positive experience. First of all I must mention the waiters who were ever so friendly, nice and extremely professional and always made us feel very welcome and allowed us to choose our favourite table in the restaurant. The food is absolutely excellent, and being Europeans, we really enjoyed their Italian inspired kitchen. Finally, the cocktails are very innovative and delicious, and you must try the Bali Bali, and have your camera ready when they serve it, as the visual experience is amazing (and it tastes great too :)). If we were to return to KL, we would absolutely visit this lovely restaurant again.

We had decent food here, which were good portion sizes and excellent quality. The main difference that made it here was the service provided to us and especially for our daughter (less than 2). Sarmila in particular went our of her way to ensure she was well fed (we had a particular order) and that she had cutlery. She also came by to check on a few occasions that everything was OK and was flexible to ensure we had a good evening.
Well worth a visit when in Pavillion

Awesome pizza and service. They make sure your needs are met, especially if you need to customize your food. Halil and his team are exceptionally friendly and comes in to check up on you to make sure you are 100% satisfied!

Came here and ordered garlic dough balls for starter and pizza/ risotto for main with my friend. Our mains arrived before our drinks (two vodka soda limes) and before our starters. We had finished our mains and were cleared before asking if the dough calls were coming, to which we were told they were on their way but took a while to cook. This is understandable but just wish this had been explained to us prior to ordering.
Once the dough balls arrived they were not tasty due to the plastic spicy cheese. We ordered a second round of drinks which never arrived before giving up and getting the bill.
The main courses were delicious but otherwise not a great experience.

Came here in a big group, we are confident none of us will return. Food is OK, not worth the price. The presentation is lovely but lack of flavour.
The service was average. We were told two days before the day of booking that a RM500 deposit is required for booking for 10 people and above. This came as a shock as there was no mention of a deposit on the website or the booking confirmation. I recommend management to add this info upfront to prevent surprises to your customers.
Also, we did pre-order as advised for big groups. We found that the menu on the website has not been updated so half of us had to modify our order. I recommend updating your menu on the website.
On the night, they keep messing up orders and asking for confirmation. Would recommend the staff to communicate better amongst each other.
Location is handy, in the middle of KL. Parking is abundant as Pavillion allows late night to morning parking.
We spend on average RM120 per person for mains and drinks. No entree. For the price and service against the quality of food, i do not recommend this restaurant and we will not come back.

What a great day to celebrate a simple Valentine at our favourite dining restaurant for lunch. Served by the most charming Samila with the most fantabulous utmost service rendered. Had the Spinach Fondue, Guacamole Platter & Cremona Mushroom as a starter that simple awesome, tasty and delicious blend of with Halibut fish with calms that is prepared so Somo thou with tempting dark chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a glass of wine, with love. 🥰🥰🥰

While giving due consideration to post Covid challenges, the recent experience was’t one would expect from Quivo.
Many of the stuff on menu was’t available. The Club sandwich was served without main ingredient, the grilled chicken. Nachos with chunky Avocados was a mockery of the dish.
Front end staff was however courteous to accept the mistake and offer replacement. It was told that there’s no supervisor on duty.
The girl at bar was though super efficient.

My 13yr old daughter chose Quivo to celebrate her birthday.
Overall, the food was good and service was tip top.
However, we prefer to have plain water with our meals. But, they did not offer any plain water nor mineral water. Instead, only bottled water from Spain.
I am in the opinion that choice should be given if a customer prefers mineral water(cheaper option).
It's a bit pricey but then again it is located in Pavilion.
Overall, good dinner experience but could have been better as we were all not hydrated enough. The family didn't know how to appreciate bottled water from Spain and do not see value in paying so much for water.

We have visited Quivo a few times for lunch and it is always great food and attentive service. We find it consistent and thus feel comfortable to recommend to our friends.

Great place for food and drinks, and the friendly staff add to the experience. Our server Sarmila was very helpful and gave us good food recommendations. We had the Prawns sizzling in chilli garlic oil; Wagyu beef sliders; garlic dough balls and cremini mushrooms. Everything was excellent.

Made a booking with Ambrose for our Anniversary dinner. Passionfruit and another blueberry smoothy was delicious, smooth and tasty. Truffle fries and mushroom was is a great starter, well done. Halibut was soft and melts in the mouth. Rissoto was beautifully done and extremely filling. Chocolate cake with a Happy Anniversary done with chocolate made her happy. Overall, were both happy with the meal, delicious in every word. Will definitely come again.
What made it all even better was how polite, friendly and helpful the staff were. Great experience for the both of us.

Enjoy a delightful ambiance and delectable cuisine at this establishment. The truffle pizza and classic Wagyu beef were truly delicious, albeit slightly overpriced. The service was exceptional, making it a recommended spot for those seeking quality small bites.

Stranded in KL since March I wasn't going to let that stop me celebrating my 65th Birthday.
I felt like Italian and when the reviews of the Seafood Saffron Risotto set my tastebuds tingling I decided to come here. I was not disappointed. The BEST risotto I've ever had.........rich and creamy and full of seafood......superb.
I mentioned to the waitress that it was my Birthday and was treated to complimentary cake, complete with candle and Happy Birthday.
Ever the showman I asked the crowd to help me celebrate and they obliged with a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday.
Many thanks to the Manager and staff, especially my waitress who made my experience truly memorable.
I'll be back. THANKYOU 😊🙏
