Cool hidden gem

Grizzly is my favourite cafe in KL. It’s a small , low profile café hidden in the corner of Intermark mall. I like the calm ambience here especially to take a break from hectic work. The staff are excellent and the coffee and food is quite good.

Very cool coffee shop

Grizzly is THE place to get your coffee in KL. Decor, service, music, food & the BEST coffee. All spot on. Fully reminds me of my favourite coffee shop in Shoreditch, London. My caramel latte was lush. Highly recommended.

Best coffee in KL

This place is definitely underrated. Besides the consistently consistent product (coffee , carrot cake , quiche) the coffee is extra ordinary.

Friendly baristas good koffee

Good coffee love the baristas personality each one of them. Asya who served my coffee was very nice cute too. Keep up the good work grizzly. 100% would recommend the cafe.

Complaint of lack of staff

I am writing to you to complain about my experience at your cafe located Grizzly in Intermark Mall.  First, usually when I drop by for a coffee every morning on weekdays, there would be sufficient staff. But of late, I realized that there arent enough staff to handle the morning crowd. It has been quite a long wait due to the lack of staff as I have other things to attend to.  Secondly, usually the staff are quite attentive but as of late they're not able to handle the crowd as from what I see. Please know that you have regular customers especially in the mornings, try to have enough people to attend to the crowd.   I would appreciate and trust that you will seriously consider my complaint and give me a reasonable explanation. Thank you.

Grizzly bear

True to its name, there is a grizzly bear statue in front of the shop, Just went for coffee, didn't try any toasties. Not a comfortable place to sit for long, because most of the chairs are either wooden stools or benches. The ambiance is too dark to do any reading. Very packed during lunch hour on weekdays. If you want to spend some quality time here, better visit during weekends to avoid the office crowd.

Sammich For Days, More Than You Can Bear!

This was a surprise find! What drew me in was the cozy cafe vibe tucked in the corner of Intermark mall. Inviting even for solo corporate types looking for a quick bite in between meetings. Small menu but lovely selection - it was brunch so I had the Smashed Egg and Avocado (after a quick stalk thru their social media page for ideas!) also had a Latte which was OK since I prefer my coffee stronger. Would drop by again to try out 'heavier' toasties option and perhaps a Macchiato or Cappuccino. Baristas were friendly and I could not help but notice that this place was pretty well-patronised (always a good sign x)

Salmon Toasties Lunch

Normally packed shoulder to shoulder at lunchtime. It was less than half patronised, so went in for lunch and coffee with my colleague . Loved their Latte, bountiful coffee taste. The Smoked Salmon Toasties with cream cheese is really good.

Divine Latte

A small cafe tuck innocuously at a corner in InterMark. It's always packed during lunch time. Had a late lunch, and needed my coffee fix. The Latte come a small petite cup, nice Latte art and with a great coffee taste too. Divine.

Oh pretty please bring back Ruben & Meatball sandwiches

To go place for made to order sandwiches,the new baked chicken teriyaki is yummy.The old fav Ruben and Meatball sandwiches will be sorely missed. Hot coffee served here are great,still the Mochatella is my personal favorite.

Great coffee and cake

Had their hot black coffee with their signature blend and carrot cake. The carrot cake was awesome with a tinge of citrus taste from the orange peel on top. The coffee was bitter but it suits me and I needed a pick me up anyway. Good experience overall.
