Meat ball not as good as before. It was very hard to chew. I'm sad after a long Q to get the meat ball.

Bad service at Cheras IKEA restaurant, when asking the lady chef of the chicken wing on the serving desk, she's not even answer and no eye contact at all, seems like I'm talking to the robot. Chicken wing and pasta are not soft enough.

We used to have great dining experience at One Utama IKEA. This Cheras IKEA outlet is no good. Solf drink no taste. The chef serving dishes for us while on queue was rude. Very rude. We took another plate of chicken wings which is placed...on the serving desk not according to the sequence make him upset we guess. He was rude with his furious eyes contact.More

had a beef pie, burnet cheese cake and a coffee. The pie and cake were ok, the coffee was surprisingly very good with more coffee than milk  is as I like it. The ambience is nice and wasn’t crowded as it is a weekday. --

The products at IKEA become more and more expensive while quality is dramatically dropping. Such disappointments always either food or stuffs. I was a regular customer from the 90s in France now in Asia. It s too bad. I even bought glasses pack of 4...at 1.5 euro / unit not that cheap but can't have cheaper in shop. After one 1 week two broken, after 3 weeks three broken. when will I say goodbye to the last one ?More

Food served always fresh with appropriate price. They have super power cashiers where by looking at your double or triple trays, they know what you are having and what to charge us. The amount of time spent at the cashiers are quick and I really...appreciate their positive attitudes. They never shortchange you and always insist for us to get our foc coffee even if we do not feel like going somewhere close to get the empty cup.More

Hay what can I sat first time to a IKEA in another country and it didn’t disappoint. It was lunchtime so I immediately went to the restaurant which was located in the same place as every other IKEA I have been to. Now this is...where I grin sure they have Swedish Meatballs (that didn’t look appetizing) but they had crawfish, and shank of lamb (which I had) now the potatoes where like glue and the peas rock hard the lamb and gravy where delicious. Oh I would so eat here again!More

As the title says, it was nothing worth our time. This would be helpful if there are staff who want you to buy stuff. The staff here are very laid back and not interested in selling. The worst customer experience we received was in Malaysia......
