I was very hungry and thought I would try - big mistake - tasteless badly prepared fast food barely fit for human consumption

Servings are small - if you sre not a local and you are not a child then you better buy 2 meals. Food is not bad - typical of what you would have at home when you cook these types of dishes.

Breakfast is there best forte, of course Beef tapa is the specialty or we commonly call it tapsilog. They also serve Bangus or Bansilog, longsilog, hotsilog, etc.

Comfort Filipino food, mostly for breakfast, brunch or light lunch at affordable prices. Some branches are open 24/7 so one can have a fill of their Filipino fare anytime. Food is mostly served with fried rice and fried eggs, so calorie-laden. Service is quick, you can be in and out in 30 or so minutes. Delicious food, never disappoints.

We went to the Tapa King outlet in front of the Landmark Department Store in Makati. We ordered the TAPSILOG or short for Ta ( tapa - beef strips - sweet or sweet and spicy version) , Si ( sinangag or garlic fried rice) and Log (itlog or fried egg). This was served with atchara or pickled vegetables. This is... More

Been to this establishment quite several times, for their Boneless Bangus. They cook it perfectly, that it has bit of crispiness outside and very tender inside. This Makati branch run out of their SBM (Super Budget Meal) most of the time. The food quality might be somewhat OK, however the waiter (cashier lady) is just looking so grumpy and unfriendly.... Tapa King Commonwealth Quezon City - this is one of the locations I visited most frequently while in Manila. Food is always good and the service is always friendly. Great prices as well. Highly recommend this establishment.

for variety and authentic filipino food, visit the Tapa King and my favorite Tapa King to eat is in NLEX right before we go up to Baguio or anywhere up north. It will surely keep your tummy full, but will not empty your wallet. My favorite food to eat there is the lechon kare-kare and of course aside from that,... More
