This place was crowded, but well worth the wait!!! The crab cakes were to die for! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the "bread bucket" was delicious!! It was a little pricey for seafood, but the food did not disappoint!

My family stopped here for dinner and were quite impressed. The service was great, all the staff was very friendly. The food was awesome. My wife and I both got the fresh catch, which was local caught yellow fin tuna that day, it was by far the best tuna I have ever had. The restaurant itself is very well decorated,... More

We have two small children (currently 5 & 2). Whenever we head down to the beach, my kids immediately ask if we can go to Amos. This place is the most family/kid friendly place I've ever been. They welcome my kids in with open arms every time we come through the door. Both my kids love Izzy the Octopus. The... More

Amos Mosquito's has been around for a number of years and continues to thrive because of two important elements - food well prepared and good service. Fresh seafood literally jumps into the kitchen from the adjacent sound waters. The pecan-crusted mahi was well prepared with an accompanying wasabi drizzle. Very tasty. Also tasted a sea food chowder that was packed... More

I like this place. The food is good and the service is good too. Be sure to ask about the specials. Also, check out the unique mosquito merchandise... highly recommended. This place is for fun, not fine dining.

Wonderful restaurant in Atlantic beach, NC. Ambiance was awesome with the view of the other side of Atlantic beach. Food was excellent and the service was top notch. Could not have been any better if it tried. 12 stars of they would let me.

Whenever we get to Atlantic Beach this is a must stop for dinner. This time was just a good as the last time. We started with 2 cups of Clam Chowder. Excellent! I had the Seafood Mac n Cheese and my wife had the Fresh Catch Jerk Seared. Both were very good. We were able to clean our plates but... More

This was our first visit to Amos Mosquito's, and the food and service were great. Dinner was delicious and we cleaned our plates. We had to try the Ice-Cream Sandwich dessert, which should be shared (it's huge!).

Mosquito's is one of our favorites at Atlantic beach. We ate there on a recent visit and again. the food was good as was the service. The wait and prices were both very reasonable. The decour is interesting as well. The owner? manager? always makes you feel that he is personally glad you came. We will continue to visit Mosquitos... More

Description
Welcome to Amos Mosquito’s Restaurant & Bar – or more affectionately known by locals as “Skeeter’s”. Established in 1999, Amos Mosquito’s offers a family friendly environment with a menu of fresh seafood and a wide variety of creative entrees. While in our first location on the Morehead City Waterfront, and here in our present location on Atlantic Beach overlooking beautiful Bogue Sound, we’ve had one primary goal in mind – to create the most unique, fun, and high quality dining experience that can be found in Eastern North Carolina. We have a seasoned staff of chefs, servers, and hosts who are passionate about making customers happy. Although we specialize in local seafood and offer at least two varieties of fresh fish every night, our menu also features chicken, pork and Sterling Silver beef.We make all our salad dressings, sauces and desserts in house and have a great children’s menu loaded with fun games and mosquito facts.Thursday nights are sushi nights at Amos Mosquito’s. We offer a full menu of fresh, made to order sushi in addition to our regular menu.Amos has a full bar and a wonderful, reasonably priced wine list.Reservations are not accepted, but you may call us to place an order for take out.
