My family and I went to this pub and had a fantastic time. Our server was so funny and we really enjoyed our time there. And a definite plus was that the bartenders/servers actually knew how to correctly pour a Guinness!!! The food was also extremely good and the fries were incredible. Their drink menu is so fun! I felt... More

Fun atmosphere, British themed. Perfect for the downtown Ashland surroundings. Nice selection of beers and wines. Food was very good.

As our wives were shopping, my friend and I stepped up to have a drink to celebrate a wake for the actor that had just died [stage death] in a great performance on the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Stage. The Black Sheep seemed like a perfectly British place to toast a noble death. Prompt service and friendly service was enjoyed at... More

We had a very good meal here before an evening play. My Brit wife appreciated the pub motif, and in fact had a ploughman's plate for dinner. The beer selection is ok, with a rotating craft brew featured selection, but not a large set of craft brews on tap. Bottom Line: A solid choice for pub fare and burgers before... More

This pub is cozy. Great homey atmosphere. I thought the food was good standard pub fare. But I enjoy a pint and maybe a game of darts.

We make this a must stop place on our yearly trip to Ashland. Food is great, reasonably priced and the service is friendly and fast. Each time we order something different and have been pleased with everything. The potato leek soup and the organic cheeseburgers are my favorite.

Not quite as cozy as I would expect for a pub, but the big fireplace is nice on a cold day. Given that there were only 2 couples there when I arrived (about 1:45 on a Monday in Jan) the service was incredibly slow. The sausages in the Bangers and Mash were fine but the potatoes and peas were bland.... More

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious lunch and fantastic live Celtci music on Sunday afternoon. The substantial salads are fresh and filling and the burgers and fries are very tasty.

English Pub. Made for the Fraternal Order of ODDBALLS. English decor. Irish and English food. Good views of the plaza upstairs. Small town charm. A Hidden Jewel.

The young staff were fabulous and the food exceptionally good. Being Christmas time the "Pub" was decorated with old fashioned decor and the wood burning fire made for a cozy time.
