The dinner and service were good. We especially enjoyed the wine selection and the breads and the presentation of the food. Our servers were very helpful and offered us good advice. Be sure to book ahead as the restaurant is rather small. The tables are...More

Delicious food and French café atmosphere. The place is really a treat on Thursday nights during the winter when for $42, you get the appetizer, entrée, and dessert all for a fair price. This does draw crowds, so call ahead for a reservation.

Every now and then, a couple needs to sit back without the kids and enjoy a civilized meal. Amuse provides a serene environment and a creative, fine Pacific Northwest/French dining experience. True to its name, the meal starts off with an amuse bouche. Charcoal grilled...More

Amuse is very good, one of my top 5 in Ashland (Alchemy, Peerless, Larks, Amuse and Beaseys) and we return every year. We always try others as well, and these are still the top. Hi-end dining, good cocktails, but would like to see more variety...More
