We've gone there more times than I can count and never had a bad meal. You do pay more for drinks, but the service is good and therefore we don't mind as much.

My wife and I sat at the bar before our table was ready, the bartender Becca was so friendly and efficient we decided to eat at the bar!! My wife had the grilled salmon and I had the filet marsala, both were delicious. The general manager Chip even stopped by to check on us!! Great meal!!
My friends and I love Carreras and come here often when we need some good food and fellowship. The food options are great and they run madness Monday specials that are hard to beat. The blackberry sangria is some of the best I ever tasted! We have had many family gatherings here too. Good for all ages.
Many people willl downgrade a chain restaurant just because it's a chain. However, I've been going to Carrabba's since 1998 when I lived in Phoenix, Arizona, and the food and service have always been excellent. My wife and I go to the local restaurant on average about once a month. The staff is friendly and competent and the food is... More
My wife and I often stop here when in the Allentown area. We find this location to be very consistent. The staff is nice and the service is always good. It's clean. The food is always great. My wife loves the Calamari and I like the spaghetti with meat sauce. I do wish they would put the chicken and pine... More
We had originally planned to eat at another place that had just moved, but the lineup was out the front door. We decided to backtrack to Carrabba's - and we're not sorry we did. The food smelled great even as we pulled into the parking lot. We had about 5 minute wait to get seated - the service was good... More
Wife and I met up with her brother and fiance for a dinner as it has been 2 years since we got together. We decided on this location as a last resort as the Thai place we wanted to go to was closed. So glad we came here. Each of us ordered something different and everything that we ordered was... More
We visited this restaurant after visiting an exhibit in the area. The warm atmosphere and friendly staff made the visit feel extra special. It was my daughter's birthday so they treated her to a unique and delicious dessert. The food was wonderful. The only complaint that I would have is that they ran out of spinach which is strange because... More
Our waiteress Nicole was very knowledgeable on all menu items and brought refills on drinks without being asked. The kitchen manager stopped by the table to check on us. This is first time, I saw a manager constantly serving dinners. Our only complaint was that the brushetta should be served with more toasts because it was so yummy!
My husband and I went to have dinner last Friday. The hostess was very polite sat us at booth very welcoming. The waitress came over introduced herself overly polite which was very nice, we asked for our drinks I asked for and Italian soda extra ice and an extra glass of ice and the miss polite waitress tells me she...
