Takosushi in Aiken is quite nice, from the greetings once you walk in through the atmosphere to the excellent selection on the menus, fans that love sushi will adore this place, those that do not but go with people that do will also adore this place and find tasty fares for them..

This restaurant is different with the styles coming together, but it works. I had a lobster roll while someone else at my table had a taco because they don't eat sushi. Food was flavorful and fresh. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely will be coming back.

I don't know what happened but they couldn't manage to get food to our table of 9. Two hours of waiting and the food came out 3 dinners at a time, fifteen minutes apart. But....the food we were served was very tasty. As it was the tail end of the Masters, I have to think that they were tired and... More

A great spot amongst the many choices in the Alley. Obviously they have a great variety of sushi, for beginners and the more flavored adventurers. What you do not expect is the Hispanic flavor added in that provides more options for anyone in your group. Great service, always friendly and helpful answering questions on the expansive menu. And when you... More

Some of my friends when I first mention Takosushi think they wouldn't be interested in it because they don't like sushi. Half the menu is asian and the other half mexican. The sushi is the best in Aiken and the Mexican wonderful. I am in a rut and get the portadillo queso dillo with the home made guacamole - the... More

You must get the Tempura Asparagus for an appetizer. It is fried asparagus with a slightly spicy sauce. I usually get the chicken and vegetable stir fry. It is very good and a lot to eat - leftovers😊. I've also had the tacos and they are very good. They have a large selection of sushi. The only negative is the... More

We started out with a couple of beers at the Aiken Brewing Company. Afterwards, we walked around the block and then stopped working in Takosushi. We had some nice crispy, fried calamari. We shared a bottle of Pinot Noir with a little left that I took home to my wife. We ordered three sushi rolls (two would have been enough).... More

Been frequenting this Aiken gem every year since 2012. On this trip, I came here twice, each better than the last. I go for the sushi side of the restaurant's offerings. Simply outstanding. They do lean towards more tempura rolls on the menu than typical sushi places. I believe that's a Southern influence on a sushi menu more so than... More
