We came in asked for a booth, and they sat us in the bar area . We then waited 10 minutes before the bartender came over and took our drink orders. There where no clean glasses so we watched her wash them at the bar. She then brought me the wrong drink. She took our order and said the rolls... More

It's hard to know where to begin with specifics of what's wrong with this place. Until the last few months, the food was consistently very good as well as the service which was attested by their constant "full house." Two weeks ago my salad was wilted and swimming in dressing and last week I had to send my food back... More

Prime rib, salad and fry's were average. The COO COO Crunch was very good. While I was being seated at a table I asked if I could be seated at a booth. The hostess got real indignant and had me seated right outside the kitchen. After waiting for 10 minutes, Britney stopped by and asked if I had been served.... More

We were dining here because one of our sons chose O'Charley's for his birthday dinner. He loves their hot rolls. He noticed that Wednesday's are free pie nights. He plays high school sports and on Wednesday, no games, just practice. So we made the 30 minute drive down from Easley. We drove 2 vehicles because there were 8 of us.... More

Went today with my ladies club of 16 people. The service was spot on, as was the food. I had the Philly Dip Sandwich with a side salad. Today was free pie day, so I chose the French Chocolate Silk. Yummy!

I went with family for supper on a Sunday night. There were people in the restaurant, but it wasn't busy. One thing I appreciated was the seating of people throughout the restaurant instead of all being crammed into one section. I liked the privacy and the elbow room. I also really enjoyed our waitress. She was friendly and pleasant, and... More

Its been awhile since we've been here and now I remember why. What use to be an enjoyable dinning experience is now mediocre at best. We recently went out with our son and his family on a Sunday night. It was not busy at all. We were seated in the room behind the bar where one other family was. After... More

This was our first visit to O'Charley's in Anderson. We arrived about 6 p.m. on a Wednesday night and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. After being seated we were promptly visited by our waitress to take our drink order. She arrived with hot yeast rolls in hand along with bread plates. She returned with our drinks... More

We joined dear friends that dine at O'Charley's EVERY Friday night. To be honest, our friend does not like the menu at all, but it is the favorite place for her son and daughter-in-law. But it was our first .... AND LAST visit. The place was packed. Their favorite waiter, Roger, was first class. We were told, despite being a... More

Service was not great! Food was not as good as other O'Charley's. I would not go back. Even for free pie Wednesday.
