I usually don't review a restaurant to give it a low rating but in this case I can't help not be honest. I visit this restaurant twice in two different months trying to give them every benefit I could to improve. The first visit was in December 2016. The waitress did not know what item when with the main dishes.... More

The week before Christmas I went to the Mall to shop. My wife and I decided to have Mexican Food and other establishments were busy. We parked and decided to try out luck. We were seated immediately with a pleasant table. Our waitress was courteous and informative. After placing our order we were talking and here came the waitress with... More

Went here while shopping at the mall for something quick, cheap and cheerful. The staff were very friendly, the food portion was huge. Delicious!

The brownie is huge and chock full of nuts. When the brandy sauce is poured on it, it sizzles and caramelizes in the super hot metal plate. Let the sauce cool a bit! More than enough for 2 people. Decadently delicious.

So even when you are starving and trapped in the mall, their are better options. First off I shouldn't have been in the mall, second i have no clue what came over me. The staff was rude and food was like TV dinners.

I normally choose not to eat at El Chicos locations because the food always seems to taste microwaved. I ordered the cinco enchiladas and the corn tortillas were pretty tough, but rice and beans seemed fresh. The chips, salsa and cheese dip was very good. I always look forward to chips and salsa at Mexican restaurants. Now onto the staff.... More

I usually like this restaurant, but this time...eh. The salsa was very bland with no flavor and the ground beef seemed like re-heated leftovers. The staff was super friendly. Not in a big hurry to go back.

The fajitas were a little over cooked, but they were good. The beans could use a little more seasoning and the rice I think was Uncle Bens. It's a corporate store that's been there for a long time it has highlights and shortcomings. Jessica the server was pretty good. I heard the manager talk to some of the employees and... More
