A must stop in Amarillo. The pastries are the best. It is only open from 10-2 Tuesday thru Saturday. Additionally, they have quiche, sandwiches and salads. Bring Cash they do not accept debit or credit cards.

Just off the I-40. Good service. Fun to hear French spoken. Excellent coffee. We had a sweet treat and ordered a sandwich to go. But should have eaten it at bakery as it was a hot sandwich with salad and cookie. Definately would eat here again. FYI: lunch starts at 11.

This is the closest place to get French pastries! It is amazing and it is family run. Service is amazing and there is not a single thing in the pastry display that will disappoint you! The chocolate chip cream twist is out of this world!

I went into Frank's Bakery today with a classmate of mine and it was one of the best experience we've ever had. It's a tiny bakery and the only french bakery in Amarillo. The food was absolutely amazing (I had the chick crepe) and the pastries were to die for. The family run business were originally from Paris and they... More

Wonderful French pastries just north of I-40 on the west side of Amarillo......who would deem it possible? This is a Bakery Oasis in the middle of Cattle Country. The only draw-back are it's hours 10-2.

A little place with wonderful food. A true French bakery in Amarillo. We had read other favorable reviews and they were right on. We ate lunch and took pastries back to our hotel for later. There were lots of regulars that came in when we were there. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Best Boulanger since our three month stay in Paris. The Butter and Chocolate Croissants are just like being in France. The lunch menu is limited but good. I had the Smoked Salmon on a Croissant and my spouse had the Quiche. Service is friendly by Franks Daughter, but hours are very limited. Free parking is available.

I love Franks! They have fresh bread that you can buy by the loaf. I make my Thanksgiving stuffing with their bread every year. Their white bread is sourdough, which I love. Their chocolate Croissants are delicious, as well as their lox sandwich and side salad. Their prices are very reasonable, but go early before they sell out. The only... More
