Traditional thin crust pizza with just the right amount of toppings. The brick oven turns out a crispy crispy with some charring. We came as part of a larger group-- no one left any leftovers on the table!

We all went out for lunch at the office and got different items. Panini, pizza, calzone...The food is good. The only trick with the brick oven is that some things may be over/under cooked more easily. Overall, good food. Family business. I hope it stays...More
My husband and I love oven brick pizza so we decided to try Corky’s Pizza in Arlington. It was ok, but we have had better. The house salad seemed to be just store bought lettuce dumped in a bowl. The pizza was not bad tasting...More
This is our favorite non chain around the 76016 area code zone. Good quality and care is in their products. Try one of their deserts too.
