A great way to start our Sunday! Mustardy potato salad with beef ribs & brisket & homemade sauce. 😘. No beer until noon (you can grab one from the bar behind the trailer). They do it right.

I can't speak to the comparison between this and Franklin BBQ, but I can honestly say this might be the best BBQ I've ever had. We decided to skip Franklin on account of the ridiculous line, but I couldn't be happier. The peppery-bark brisket and hot link were incredible.

The food here is great and no lines. Which is a good alternative as we arrived at franklins BBQ half an hour before it opened and were already so far back in the line we weren't able to get food (they would have been sold out by the time we got to the front apparently) but the staff are super... It was too hot and the wait was too long at Franklin's. Rental car guy suggested J Mueller BBQ. Located in an empty lot we felt like we got an authentic Texan BBQ experience! Staff was patient with this tourist and food was great.

We are bbq eaters. We look for the best. We found this joint/food truck and we very happy. Pork ribs, brisket and Cheesy Squash are a must. The taste of the meat is unique and mouth watering. If you don't mind eating outside under a tent with plastic, leaves and dirt then please go. We don't mind and I sat... More

We went to Texas for the BYU game. My son is the restrautant slection expert in our group. We had two meals for Bar-B-Q and a breakfast of doughnuts. This place was great. The owner is very outgoing and friendly! Give this place a try. The overhead is minimal with picnic tables, but that is how it appears to be... More

Not a restaurant so much as a food truck/trailer and some picnic tables under a tent. Go for the BBQ! Great food with spice!

Please see reviews of La Barbecue. Same place, but new name, same address, and still great bbq. JMueller unfortunately had to leave, but (I believe his sister) no runs it and has a great new bbq chef, who (again, I believe) trained with Aaron Franklin.

We weren't there on a weekend, so maybe that's why the line wasn't bad at all. Lots of street pkg. The bbq was great. I had the brisket.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. The line was a little long, however the band was good and the owner was handing put Ice Cold Lone Stars!! We had Brisket and links and the beans, which were all very good. Make sure you get there early cause they sell out.
