You cant go wrong a Maudies, its about 20-30 bucks with drinks for two, consistently good food, great chips and queso. I always get the beef fajita tacos, super delish.

We sat outside on the patio. Waitstaff was great. Little wait time for our food. The atmosphere was nice. Food was delicious.

Maudie's is always good....any day....any time! The food is tasty and delicious....always consistent no matter which location you go to. Friendly staff and great service. Caldo and tacos are my favorites.

This place has it together! Normally I get a fajita plate and tamales. And it was awesome. Normally I have a proportion problem (not enough tortillas, sour cream, etc.) but it was almost equal (they use a lot of peppers). Tamales were not dry at...More

I was excited to try Maudie’s after reading other reviews and getting a recommendation from our friend in Austin that brought us here. The wait for a table on a late Saturday morning was about 30 minutes. This added to my high expectations. Lots of...More

Great atmosphere. Staff is friendly, accommodating and fun. Margaritas are the best! Always a must when in Austin. Favorite Maudie's location is on 7th St. and Lake Austin Blvd. Diablo Sol is a great start, then suggest Tacos Al Pastor, or Poblano Crema Enchiladas. Want...More
