The bread is just so so. But they do give you a lot of stuff inside your sub. The carrot cake is terrible, not at all carrot cake! It was so bad, I threw it away. Cheap food, and so so quality.

Don't get me wrong- the staff were friendly, very efficient, and made picking up a medium sized boxed lunch order (for 12 people) an easy and pleasant experience. Everything was well prepared and ready when I arrived even though I came about 15 minutes before the shop opened (well, but it was open as others were already there and happily... More

This sub shop is barely better than Subway. I had a turkey club. The turkey is preformed lunch meat turkey, not natural turkey. The roll is soft and squishy. To my mind, sub rolls should be harder with a bit of crunchy crust. It was OK but nothing special.

This was the original subway and was very exiting to go to for the first time with my mom. I then found out it was a better and healthier version of Subway, but the shop was small and kind of packed. But the sandwiches are to die for!

A bit pricey for a sandwich. But I'll always go back. I wish they still had the garden burgers but I love the tuna or turkey. The staff is always cool.

Nothing worth writing about really. Basic deli meat or veggie subs on not very exciting sub rolls. Not sure why this was recommended to us.

This is an Austin Original, but nothing I am bragging about. If you don't mind having your sandwich made with the same hands that give you change than you might like TS. I myself like clean hands to make my sandwiches. Over priced, small sandwiches.Drive right on by to the McDonald's down the street. You will get a better sandwich... More

No national chain, Thundercloud is unique to the greater Austin area. Gluten free options are also available. Their bread is 100% vegan, and they also offer organic egg salad, made fresh daily. Veggies are from local sources, and all of these means good fresh sandwiches! No comparison to the chains! And sides include potato salad, also made fresh daily. You... More
