Went for breakfast. My son had the blueberry pancakes and I will say they were fantastic. Scrambled eggs not great. Eggs over light done correct. I suspect they deep fry their bacon and hashbrowns. Not healthy! However the 2 females working in the front of the store were exceptionally friendly and nice.

If you've read any of my reviews, you know that I use the Reuben sandwich as a benchmark test of a kitchen. Cracker Barrel's Reuben is very good. The ingredients are evenly spaced, the sauce is properly messy - this is a three-napkin sandwich. There's only one problem; the management has cut pickles from the menu as a money-saving attempt.... Dino greeted in the store, with chit chat, we were seated promptly, the food was great, but the most impressive thing about our meal was our server, August. She was outstanding!!!!

First time having lunch here. The grilled chicken salad was nothing to write home about. It was as average as could be. Nothing about it said "woohoo!"

We stopped on a Friday for a late lunch. We were immediately greeted and taken to a window seat and the hostess was very friendly and engaged. There were four of us and we had (1) buttermilk oven friend chicken breast which was outstanding along with steam vegetables, (2) Southern grilled chicken Caesar salad which was also outstanding with fresh... This is a good Cracker Barrel franchise. The food quality served is up to the Cracker Barrel standard. Service can be hit and miss, but generally good.

Service was great even with a crowd. Biscuits were fresh and tasty. BUT the roast beef was almost inedible, mostly fat, unusual for Cracker Barrel.
