Te restaurant is from the colonial era. Most of the food is what the people from that time ate, including George Washington. Great food excellent service and reasonable prices The museum is right beside the restaurant and is worth a visit

Do they have...a poor decision making skills, a management team who lies about adjusting your bill: yes they do! Is the food good yes. Do they actually honor reservations made on Open Table/Trip advisor: not really.
