Visited for lunch, very thin crust pizza. We ordered 2 pies for 3 people and we feel like we could have had another one. Staff was nice, clean place. Would not return due to not into thin pizza

I stopped here to grab a pizza on the way back to my hotel, and was impressed with the menu choices, as well as the prices. The pizza turned out to be great, especially at their prices. The only drawback is that every employee I encountered either didn't speak English, or had so thick an accent that any conversation was... More

We ordered takeout from Piola. It was delivered promptly, and it came with very good bread with oil and vinegar at no extra charge. The arugula salad was fresh and had plenty of cheese, but was rather small. The pizza was also small and very, very thin crust and lacked the proper edge as depicted in the photos. We suspect... Great place for lunch. Best outdoor dining since Cafe Asia has closed the doors. Good Italian beers and reasonable prices. Friendly service but tables needs a bit hygiene.

Arrived after a challenging business meeting, in need of a good lunchtime meal. Upon our arrival w/4 quickly seated. Made our selections quickly as well. All meals came out in record speed, we were actually surprised and caught off guard! I ordered the lunch special w/Pizza and Minestrone Soup. The soup was fantastic, Pizza was just okay.

My son and I each had a pizza and besides the great selection, my son felt this was the best pizza he has had since he was actually in Italy many years ago. Great for lunch...great for dinner...just great overall!!!

Their interpretation of margherita pizza is literally just regular cheese pizza with basil on it, so that was weird/disappointing. Other than that, nothing really stood out. Basic thin-crust pizza. Pretty unremarkable.

Their happy hours are fantastic--cheap pizzas and $2 off on drinks. Being a vegan, pizzas can be a challenge, but they made their vegetarian pizza without cheese, and it was fantastic. Wish I discovered this place sooner!

My husband and me ordered one pizza, one salad, one Coca Cola, one beer, one espresso and one desert. In total $45 without tip. The pizza was with ham and mushrooms and the salad with chicken. Both was very tasty. The portions were big enough and we were satisfied pleasant. We would visit this restaurant again :-)

Football Sunday and the place was empty at 5:30. Not a good sign. Air conditioning was off. Should have left. Server had no idea whatsoever about craft Virginia beers. His recommendation was horrible. Pizza - ricotta and spinach- was a huge goopy mess of cheese and the most bitter spinach I've ever tasted. An order of lasagna was huge, but... More
