Flavors and variety of food is excellent. Great way to sample Indian food when you cannot decide what you want. Since the 2 Banjara restaurants in VS closed, this is last best choice.

The Buffett is overwhelming. Salad and fresh vegetables. All of the condiments and chutneys. Six entrees and six vegetable offerings. Two biriyanis. Three deserts. The variety is matched by the quality and presentation. The best Indian buffet I've had.
