The restaurant is very nice. Just when we entered the staff welcomed us to the table and were extremely friendly and helpfull all the time. They serve local food, mainly fish. The food was very tasty and served very nicely to us.

Great Portuguese restaurant with very good seafood. It is all about Bacalao here and they do it well. We had Bolinhos de Bacalhau and to start and Camarão ao Alhito no Azeite Extra Virgem, both delicious. Our entree was the Bacalhau na Brasa served with broccoli and potatoes, everything was amazing. I would recommend to visit.

The food is very good, I asked for the Polvo a Lagareiro and it taste the same as the one I asked in Portugal. Just a bit more expensive. Be prepared to spend more than 100 reais per person without wine.

Recently recommended by a Portuguese friend and what makes it more interesting is that it is no more than a 10 minute drive from our house. Typically Portuguese decoration even down to ceramic tiles.Must be good as we met up with my optometrist and an old friend whom I had not seen in many years!!! The menu was excellent and... More

Found this restaurant in the web, when looking for a traditional place to eat Portuguese food in Sao Paulo. Prices are on the high side so the place is not full. The food is excellent and, as far as I know, pretty much like the good restaurants in Portugal (including decor and atmosphere). The "Alheira" I ordered was one of... More

Spectacular codfish prepared in the embers. The service is perfect and the secret is that the family runs the restaurant. Another secret I discovered is that they use many ingredients imported for the preparation of codfish. The wine list is varied.

You'll feel like you were in Portugal. Cod is very good and his preparation is done on the grill using charcoal. Unique in Sao Paulo!
