Always risky to take a French person (me) to a French restaurant outside of Europe. But that is what my good friend Adriana did last Thursday night. Clearly, it helps she has known the chef Alain for 16 years. The menu in french and portuguese is reassuringly familiar (well, the french bit). Very nice food indeed, friendly service, even if... The food is delicious, it seems that you are in Paris. You can order the burger with foie gras, the boeuf bourguignon is fantastic.

You want to have either a fondue or raclette during the tropical winter in Brazil, this the place to go. You wont have a better experience in Europe. Highly recommended

We ate here on the last night of our trip to South America. The food was reasonable and fairly well cooked. We were irritated that - before being presented with a menu or wine list - the waiter attempted to open a bottle of "the sommelier's choice wine" for us without prompting, which turned out to cost well over £100... This is a very good French in Jardins neighborhood. With an ambience that resembles to French bistrots, it worth the visit. Good service as weel. Fair price.

Great atmosphere considered the neighborhood. Service was OK, but our dishes took a little longer than usual. Food was good, fair. The tarte tatin was amazing. As every restaurant that put French dishes in the menu in São Paulo it is a bit overpriced.

One of the best places to eat in São Paulo. Try the "Poitrine de Porc Confit". Perfect environment, perfect food. All good.

We went to Bistrot de Paris for lunch on a Saturday. We loved everything about this place! It is a very beautiful restaurant with french decoration, located in the cutest little villa with french shops. The chef is French and so the menu has the perfect selection of classic french dishes. We had the couvert, which was great with baguettes,... More

Entrees cost around 20 - 35 usd and are very good. I ordered a pork rib but that was actually a steak with bone. Although the taste was great the texture of the meat is nothing like that I was expecting. Wine costs around 50usd and there is a dessert plate for 6 usd including 3 extra small desserts and... Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
