3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

We were staying at the adjacent chalets so this was our local. The first visit was a big disappointment. Having been in the region for many weeks we thought we'd have a break from Thai food and go western. What a mistake. A tasteless burger that was only slightly warmer than the beer. We saw others returning their beers. The... More

Service is extremely slow, staff barely speaks english. Food on the menu is totally different what you get (fried chicken with chillipaste has never seen chilli) and food is totally tasteless. Only good thing was a sunset view.

When we were in Lanta a few years ago, I'm pretty sure this place was known as 'The Three Mums' or something... a quiet little spot and one of our favourite places on the beach for good Thai food. Since then it's been upgraded and extended, presumably to attract the visitor numbers it deserves. The upgrades include more lights, a... More

Had lunch there today. Thought hotel looked lovely so decided to stop and eat. Having spent a Month away this restaurant had the most miserable and unhelpful staff experienced during our whole trip. Won't be back.

We stayed at the resort for a week. The meals at Lym's were delicious, the service friendly and the portion sizes were just right. They will even make things not on the menu if you ask. The only con is bugs, mosquitos, and red ants nipping at your feet in the sand!

Location is great.. but just come for a drink.. the food is poor, quite pricy compared to other places, they use lots of sugar. Service is not with a smile! They all look totally unhappy.

Lym's offers great food on the beach, just in the shadow of trees to have a bite. The Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice were very good as were the fruit shakes. The only unfortunate thing was the service as we requested for no pork on the fried rice. The dish was served with bacon scattered over the dish. This... More

We are staying here and eat here pretty much every day with the kids. Nice beach side location with hammocks, beach front seating. Can't fault the food western and authentic thai dishes cooked very well, however my only gripe is the service staff seem to get confused everytime with our orders.

Description
Lym's is back and is even better than before.. Lym's is the best place to relax. Unwind along our 100meters of beachfront with swings, comfy hammocks, bamboo sofas, beanbags and more. We are nestled in the central part of long beach, with abundant nature of pine trees and uncrowded space. If you seek for a peaceful refuge on long beach, look no further. Enjoy our home cooked food, carefully prepared by the three mums who fondly overlook the restaurant. For those seeking a bit of liveliness, don't miss the live band and fire show here every Tuesday night from 8.30pm. Listen to the soulful melody blending with the soft calming of waves..
