We’ve eaten here twice on our 3 night stay on Phi Phi because the food is incredible! So tasty and authentic. We have tried the Kofte, chicken fajitas, chicken wing kebab and Kofte pizza and would give each meal 5/5! The Mozerella spring rolls are insane as is the garlic sauce it comes with!
The owner is really nice and very friendly and is very knowledgeable of the menu. Would totally recommend and will definitely be visiting in the future!

Last night in Phi Phi and we stumbled across this place, saw the reviews and thought “how good can this place really be?” (doesn’t look much from the outside) but I’m literally sat in the restaurant writing this now, seconds after finishing my meal, because I want to tell the world to visit! The spinach pizza was insanely good, slathered Tzatziki on it like butter *drools* — we also ordered chicken skewers kebab which came on a sizzling plate. Service was excellent, the waiter recommended dishes and food/drinks came fast. After we’d finished the chef came out to collect our plates (which we’d licked clean) and to ask what we though of his food. Erm, one word, AMAZING! What a lovely touch for the chef to come and collect plates and talk to people, even with a full busy restaurant and lots of dishes to cook! Long story short we’ll be back for lunch tomorrow before we get on the boat to leave. Pay that bit extra and eat here when visiting Phi Phi island!

Delicious! The chefs clearly know what they’re doing. The Turkish pizzas are AMAZING! A good range of options on the menu, all middle-eastern. Great selection of appetisers, and lots of bbq options. Fresh shakes also available. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, nice cozy restaurant. The staff was also kind enough to alter my meal for me, substituting things I don’t eat with a refreshing delicious salad. The spinach wrap was good but the fries weren’t - although it seems hard to find well cooked tasty fries like in the West. All in all, a great experience, we have already visited twice! Thank you!

Absolutely delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. This Turkish restaurant was a great find! We enjoyed a variety of different dishes from kebabs to wraps to kofte pizza as well as hummus and salad. Everyone enjoyed their meals and cleared their plates. The food was wonderful! The staff were also friendly, with both the waiter and the chef regularly checking that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would certainly return if ever we’re back on the island.

We visited Efe’s reataurant a couple days ago on our last night on our holiday after it re-opened following their closure renovation and covid-19. My girlfriend an I live and where born and raised in bangkok where theres many great Mediterranean restaurants and we’ve tried them all since we are big fans of this cuisine.
After eating Efe’s food we were blown away by how good it is. The hummus was the freshest homemade we’ve ever had and the beef lamb grill items were the juicest and most tender we’ve had!! We couldnt believe that we’d find the best Mediterranean restaurant in Thailand on a small Island where only few restaurants are open following covid lockdown.
The owner of the restaurant, who’s name is ‘Efe’ is a great guy and provided us with great hospitality throughout the night.
Efe’s Mediterranean Restaurant is a MUST-GO when you’re on the island!
My girlfriend and I couldn’t have had a better last meal on Koh Phi Phi ❤️

We had dinner at Efe our first night on the island and had to go back for lunch before our ferry left the last day (with new friends we met at our hotel who also loved it) because we were still thinking about the delicious food! The hummus is amazing and with amazing homemade fresh bread, and we all had wraps that were fantastic- I am vegetarian and got the spinach wrap, and the spinach was bright green and fresh, and almost like a purée- so smooth and with amazing flavor. And our son (not a vegetarian) ordered the falafel and it also was so good he ordered it again the second time- falafel is hard to get right but they do, packed with flavor, and moist, not dry and hard to swallow like most falafel. I told him they need to open a Bangkok location!

Fast and friendly service. Got the menu's and choose the the grilled chicken kebab and of course an Ayran to drink :)
While we waited for the food the restaurant filled up. One guest came in without a shirt(straight from the beach I guess), the waitier gave him a T-shirt to wear without any hazzle, A+ on that! Hopefully other restaurants can learn from this, it's not OK to sit at an restaurant without a shirt, Efe is a good rolemodel in this case!
And the food was very good! The Ayran was one of the best I have had(I've been to turkey > 20 times and Ayran is a favorit drink!)
Continue the good job and serv great food, will see you next time I'm on Phi Phi Island!

Went there after having visited the Efe in Phuket old town with high expectations. At this point, I have to mention that the choice of restaurants in Phi Phi is very very limited. I was a bit disappointed by several factors. The burning hot plate that the food was served on didn't help with keeping juicy and burned the side rice (!). I have seen hot plates being chosen to serve the food in the past without these effects.
Portions were small and prices were noticeably higher than our previous experience (like many things in Phi Phi but might be the subject of a different review).
The staff was friendly.

Went to this based on trip advisor. It says £ but it's more like £££ for thailand.
Food:
Double Chicken burger: breaded frozen patty rather than fresh chicken breast. Chips were dusted in paprika and they had nice burger sauce 340THB
Steak burger: this is chopped frying steak. Same garnish as above chicken burger 320tbh
Chicken wrap: this was probally the best. Same garnish as above
Condiments were refrigerated and decor was in good condition. Bathroom had soap and paper towels.
Was surprised at their high rating on trip advisor.

We were a bit sceptical if a Turkish restaurant on a small Thai island could provide quality but we were blown away. This is the best lamb skewer I ever had. The Turkish owner is so nice and spends so much time sourcing his ingredients.

Efe is a true gem of a restaurant which kept us coming back for more. We are both vegetarians and enjoyed a range of deliciously authentic Turkish dishes, cooked and seasoned to perfection. We were told by some impartial island residents that the meat dishes are just as good. It's mid-range price wise but worth every penny for true quality. The decoration and music are also spot on with the excellent, attentive and friendly service completing the full picture. Make sure you visit this place at least once if you're on the island.

One of the best pizza in Thailand! Other dishes are also very tasty. When you are tired of spices and Tom Yam and want to eat something new, it’s the place you should visit. Would love to come back and it pizza one more time 😄

Good food
Ordered hummus and bread which was delicious & then the mixed kebab to share. Tender beef & tasty lamb & chicken with mixed veggies and rice. Will definitely recommend to people visiting the Island.

I came here with my fiancé and we had an incredible dinner! We looooved their large meat platter! Incredible meats everything came out steaming hot right off the grill!
My fiancé loved the wine they served as well. I am a sucker for Mediterranean food so I am so glad we found this place.
Oh and the ambiance inside the restaurant was great as well because it’s nicely decorated! Can’t wait to come back!

My partner and I just wandered in here because it was one of the few restaurants in the area still open by 8pm. But how lucky we were! The mushroom soup and falafel wraps were delicious, and I loved the fries and garlic sauce as well. Overall, wonderful food in a lovely atmosphere, and with friendly service! I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by.
