My first impression was taken aback by the fancy lighting decoration and its location on the floating houses. We had our first meal here after alighted from our flight. The atmosphere was superb and the captain was patient and helpful depsite it was a full house on that night. It took pretty long for the foods to be served but... More

This would have to be the best Seafood i have had anywhere. The only reason I am down grading it is because the lady behind the till would not allow me to use the western toilet which was reserved for staff. The decor is very casual with dirty glass mugs and torn tables. In fact everything looked tired and worn.... More

Fresh tastey food. Good service. Had two large beers, prawns, squid, red snapper and a plate of vegetables for 120 ringit which compared to the price of a similar quality meal in the U.K is very cheap. Only downside was the amount of rubbish under the stilts of the building and the occasional rat running across the beams in front of... More

We ate as a group of 4 and were really impressed with the whole evening. We arrived wanting to have a beer overlooking the sea...the waitress set us a table looking over the water before we decided to eat. The food was delicious - especially the salt and pepper prawns and salted egg squid. Excellent value for money, good company... More

Sandakan is famous for seafood and well known for its freshness. We tried different types of noodles such as flat noodles, mee hoon and yellow noodles with seafood. This is their signature noodles which are chewy and springy in every bites.

I was visiting a relative (my wife's side aunt and uncle) in Sandakan for the Chinese New Year and they brought us to this restaurant for dinner. My aunt made a reservation for 8 people at around 5:30pm and were to arrive at 6:00pm. My aunt also pre-ordered dishes (squid, fish, prawns, clams, vegetables etc) and told the person-in-charge to...
