I dined here together with a few friends during my recent holiday in Redang. This restaurant is fully packed every evening! Be prepared to wait for the staff to take your orders and for your food to be served. Overcrowding is an issue during the...Covid-19 pandemic.More

Visited here one evening nice spot service prompt and waitress good English and pleasant. Good menu with choice of Chinese and Malaysian food. Our eyes were too big for our bellies and ordered too much but food was delicious. On average about 25 myr per...dish which seems to be the case in Redang. Expensive. Big Chinese attendance with live music and guess what Chinese band which seems to be par for the course here.More

Their are one of the top comparing in the Island itself. What we choose is the 美人鱼 snacks with combination beer. Their night are always happening with live band and outdoor disco.

We enjoyed ourselves with the music and the snack at summer point. We had beers and some ice smoothie and the price was affordable.

We were staying at one of the resorts on a bed and breakfast only basis and ended up eating here every night during our 4 night stay on Redang. Summer Point is located on the beachfront at the Redang Beach Resort. It has outdoor seating...on wooden benches under the palm trees. The food is delicious with lots of choice, even the small portions are large (we shared 2 dishes between the 3 of us). Prices were extremely reasonable, especially compared to eating elsewhere on the beach and the service was fast and efficient. There was also live music to top it all off. We much preferred this to the buffet options being offered at our resort.More

After wandering up and the beach during a quick evening visit hunger struck and no other place looked appealing. Had salt pepper squid and fried mixed vegetables all hosed down with a good old Belgian Stella. For international standards the food was good. For Redang...very good!! Best vegetable dish until now during my six month stay in Malaysia. Go early because otherwise they run out of food. Lots of it is left half finished on tables some people's eyes are always bigger then their stomach!! Charge them extra please. Also noisy next door TV screen!! Not very romantic Tom Cruise's noise.More

We love the way these guys use tamarind. Their Assam fish was yummy, not too sour or too spicy, and Kangkung belacan had a dash of tamarind juice too. The fried squid with salt and pepper was fresh but a tad dry and heavy. It...was worth the walk (10-15 min along the beach from Sari Pacifica) for the tamarind dishes!More
