Café Pluck is a contemporary and stylish grab and go delicatessen located at the lower ground level of Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, offering an extensive range of tea, coffee and other beverages along with freshly baked treats and gourmet retail goods. It’s the perfect new spot to grab a cup of freshly brewed coffee even at midnight. Café Pluck is a favorite meeting place in the city because to its elegant urban setting, free Internet access, and convenient location next to Airport. Café Pluck also has its own in-house coffee roaster. Another highlight of the café is the Maître de Café or the Barista who can teach the art of coffee making to guests.

I'm pleased to share a rare wonderful experiences, which never saw before, during my stay with family at Novetal, Aerocity, Delhi. When we had gone for a breafest at food lounge a waiter by name Mohith Singh & his way of Fabulous servicing towards guests is really appreciable. Since his caring towards childrens was awesome & therefore felt he was deserve to share. Moreover hotel industry needs person like him.

On my way back to US ,checked out of my room and stopped by Cafe Pluck to get some coffee ...and boy the staff and service was amazing, which became the most memorable part of my trip!!!
I asked them to make a desi style panini and got a chicken tikka panini and it was awesome. I seriously think they should add it to the menu. They also made a chocolate dessert that was pretty good.
Special call out to Raviraj, Mithun and Sourav for their service. Thank you.

Went there last week with my partner for some early V-Day dinner. Our Server Mohan was very patient with us and very well informed, he explained whatever we asked, understood our preferences and even suggested us to try Chef's Special Nepolitana Pizza, and we are glad we did! We also ordered Penne Alfredo. The taste of both the dishes was impeccable!! We were also humbled By Chef Mithun presence when he personally went around the tables and asked all guests about their experience at Cafe Pluck! Will definitely visit again. ☺️☺️☺️

Went there for to have some thing light , since the pluck didnt offer me things light , i ended up at the bar to have a beer and some light snack. The place is awesome and very kind and attentive person at the bar ( anshul if i am correct ) . I had beer from the tap and ordered vegetable gunjum ( vegetable soaked flour and served with tamarind sauce ) . This was served hot and medium spicy but itis deep fried . As i was sipping the beer , i have been observing the chef Lovelly , who has been non stop making Nan roti kabab and other items non stop and also helping the customers and bringing the attention of bar tenders their order from the oven . This youngster was going out of the way helping people. I had an excellent evening and ended the day with Gin gin Mule ( gin ginger and basil ) . The person Gaurav and Anshul is very courteous and they mix the drink what you ask for and both the youngsters are awesome.
I went for the breakfast next morning and my experience was totally opposite of what i had previous evening hence i have given 2 stars.
, and noticed there is no specific attention , I waited to be seated , a lady in white Jacket asked me to follow her and on the way she got into conversation and made me stand and after some time she told me that i should wait for some more time . Atlast i was seated in Table 27 . I ordered for Cappuccino and went to order my egg well cooked and made on both sided and get toast of bread. the person taking the order was very busy and he said it will take some more time , so i went got my bread toasted in the mean while . I returned to my seat and there was no coffee and again i told them . since i was hungry i went to the dosa counter and noticed i would go for Potato and onion stuffed paratha , and requested to serve after 10 minutes . My egg didn't come nor my coffee. At last both came arrived , and the egg was running and coffee was tasting great . My bread has become cold and i had no choice. The Parata also came and it was served with cup of curd and mango pickle . The pickel was awesome and i ordered one more coffee and the person who brought coffee to get me one more piece of pickle,, which never came . I could not understand there were many staff place was reasonably full and staff were busy , but you are not getting the service , For the price you pay better service and deliver what is being asked .

I tried best cappuccino here prepared by Mohan, and mouthwatering pizza was served by chef Mithun was amazing. Gaurav floor manager took care well overall experience was great. Definitely will recommend to every coffee and pizza lover for this place.

Really made my stay wid such delicacy(literally mouth watering) plus their Courtesy towards every client.
This is the shout out to the bestest..and last but not the least Mr MOHAN executive at cafe pluck helped me out with the right choices to order.

We have been frequenting this place since years now.The ambience,the preparations,the staff everything is unmatchable.
Chef Mithun goes out of the way to make us comfortable and prepare dishes as per our taste.
Gaurav and all the hosting staff are extremely caring and polite.
Strongly recommended if you love peace tranquility and good food and coffee!

The place is just perfect to sit have a coffee on your own while you work or if you’re catching up with someone and need some privacy.. the place is quiet and nicely done up.
The staff is courteous and professional!
The menu has a variety a cafe would offer!!!
We ordered a panini with grilled veggies in pesto with mozzarella and a pizza which was both delicious!!!
The dessert was stale though and I didn’t like it at all. Probably the bakery ain’t selling out well due to covid.
But the place is quite perfect for a peaceful personal catch up!

Had an excellent meal with exceptional service from Shubhkarman. The Lamb Lasagne is something we ordered which takes about 30 minutes to be prepared but it is absolutely worth the wait. Perfectly seasoned and portioned for two.

Stopped by café pluck on the lower level of Pullman Hotel, found by chance while staying at Novotel. Ordered a garlic chicken pizza and fried chicken plate.. All I can say is the quality was off the hook! Pizza was made fresh in front of us by a chef. The fried chicken plate was so fresh at every bite. Chicken was hand battered & potatoes were flavored so well. Compliments to Chef Mithun and team. Servers were very nice as well! Hotels should show pride and advertise these wonderful people they’ve got.

Excellent experience. Our very large family came in close to midnight and the staff was able to accommodate our very large food and drink order and make extra accommodations for our needs. The food was not fresh and delicious and the drinks were fantastic. Our service team, Shubhkarman Singh, Aanchal and Chef Mahesh went above and beyond and we were extremely happy with our visit.

The food was absolutely amazing. The Chef Mr Mahesh served us some delicious dishes and the the servers Ms Jaya and Mr Shubhkarman were very careful of our needs. Its a must visit place for everyone who wants to enjoy some good time.

I visited Cafe Pluck for lunch and ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, although I asked for the bacon to be removed it mistakenly had bacon in it. Alovili’s customer service skill were fantastic, she repeatedly asked if I would like a new sandwich, which was not necessary as I just removed the bacon. Alovili was extremely kind and accommodating, she made it her duty to ensure I was happy. Alovili is an asset to Cafe Pluck. Thank you very much.

We came for dinner and were surprised by the quality of the food considering it is a cafe. We tried Indian and Continental cuisines and both were scrumptious. Manish made our experience more memorable by providing suggestions from the menu and giving us a complimentary dessert as we were out celebrating an occasion. Must visit!

Visited cafe pluck on a Friday evening with my friends to spend some quality time and have chit chat while enjoying some good food and drinks.
The place is simply beautiful, they have different type of chairs according to one's needs.
We started with coffee and famous Vada pav is a must-try here for the Vegetarians, it's delicious, soft and full of flavours with balanced spicy.
In the main course,we ordered paneer tikka masala with garlic naan.Enjoyed this combo and the quantity was enough for two. Paneer was neither sweet nor too spicy, and had a little tanginess of tomato.
Overall the place is beautiful with attentive staff, special thanks to Ms Arsha and chef saurav who did very quick and attentive service,good food .
Highly recommended.
