The breakfast at Frangipani Restaurant at the Trident Hotel Nariman Point was exquisite as always. We have been here a couple of times and have always had a great breakfast there.
The variety of food was delicious and that made it difficult to know what to have for breakfast. And please do not It be in a hurry when having breakfast there.
Just enjoy the variety and friendly service offered.

My family and I stayed at the Trident Nariman Point for around three weeks and had an amazing experience at the Frangipani restaurant. The staff including Vinay, Francis, Tony, Aren, all were so attentive and made sure that we got everything we wanted. They have an excellent breakfast spread and we really looked forward to coming every morning with my kids to have a hearty meal.
The restaurant serves both hot meals and buffet spread that included meals catered to a Indian palette as well as continental. You can order eggs made to order as well as enjoyed dosas, pancakes, waffles and many more dishes to say the least!
The staff were so accommodating and made every effort to include meals for my husband in-room because he was fasting! The staff came to know my kids on a one on one basis and it felt just like family each morning greeting us with big smiles! I can’t say enough and feel grateful for such an awesome experience!!!! Thank you team Frangipani and would love to come and stay again at the Trident for our future visits and definitely come to Frangipani for great meals!

We ate 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts here and it was absolutely brilliant. The eggless waffles we had were the best we've ever had. Sublime Lasagna and Mushroom Risotto. Lovely staff. Great service.
It was my wife's birthday and we were pampered with a heavy dose of sugar rush with surprise desserts planted at multiple points during our stay.
Alisha, Agnello and Shubham were some of the many who took care of us. Appreciate them.
On the whole, highly recommended.

We really enjoyed all our meals at the Frangipani and must say the staff were super helpful and attentive. They accommodated all our special requests and that too with a smile....just to name a few Durgesh,Vinay,Allwyn and the Pizza Chef Preeti....our son loved the pizzas.

Had lunch here before going to the airport having checked out of the Oberoi.
I ordered chicken biryani my wife the mushroom risotto with chicken.
The biryani was AWFUL, like a leftover reheated (it probably was), dry, tasteless and the chicken had a grey hue.
My wife’s risotto was also dry and uninteresting.
Worst meal after 6 weeks in India.
Not much change from 4,000 rupees. Didn’t risk a dessert, nor tea/coffee.
I should have sent the food back but we were in a rush and needed sustenance before running the gauntlet at the airport.

Horrible service, i went for lunch and the staff didn't seem interested in serving. They got my order wrong two time and even in the end i ate the wrong order as it took too long and i was starving. Every time i called a different person would come, they had no coordination and were talking too loudly amongst each other.The belini was too sweet and the sandwich was bad. Wouldn’t go back ever

My Family & I visited Frangipani for a Sunday brunch. They had this new concept where they were serving bestsellers from Frangipani + India Jones for the Brunch. We all enjoyed the food very much & the service was delightful. Great ambience as well. Totally recommended for others.

Breakfast at Frangipani was really tasty and mouth watering. The spread moderate but tasty. The fruits fresh. Dosa's made to order were crisp and idlis soft and tasty. Eggs specially Royal and Benedict was wonderful because of the freshl made Hollandaise sauce. The bread and preserves were good. However the variety of cheese did not meet the expectations. The coffee was freshly brewed specially the Espresso.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food at Frangipani. The meals were well prepared and very tasty. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes - it was difficult to chose anything in particular. The service was always first class - we’ll done to the team.

We ate here on a first night and everything was brilliant until the bill came, basically I paid and then was twice asked back by a member of staff stating I hadn’t paid enough. This was done in full view of the other diners and embarrassed the hell out of my wife. I made a complaint the following morning at the oberoi (sister hotel to the trident where this restaurant is located). I received a call from Wayne at Franipangi and everything was sorted to my satisfaction. Thanks Wayne and 99% of the staff there. Food was very good and service after the initial hiccup was excellent.

Great Cuisine, Efficient Staff, some extra variation can be added to make a change in the Morning Buffet Breakfast. It’s same thing everyday.. Get Bored after staying few days. Batata puva needs to be done Better.. It’s very dry. 😀

It is one of the inhouse restaurant of Trident Nariman Point. During our recent family stay, had couple of buffet breakfast and dinner. The restaurant has a pleasing ambience. Both buffet breakfast and dinner had expansive veg and non-veg options with live counter, foods were tasty. Staffs were courteous, service was prompt. Overall happy dining experience.

Frangipani staff is very courteous, efficient and polite with their guests. Special thanks to Agnelo, Roshan, Allwyn, Chef Sanket, Chef Atharva and Chef Urvi who made my family very comfortable by offering quality food and excellent service every day of our stay in the hotel.

Food was awesome. All the staff members are highly polite and attentive. Specially Mr. Allwyn has look after for our jain food of all meals throughout our two nights stay. Chef Ms.Urvi, & Mr. Milind both are so polite & taking care of our jain meals.ĺpersonally attend us to serve as per our specific requirements.
Other attendant Mr.Vinay,Shuman,Prathamesh,Raunak,Ravindra, Ms.Alisha all are best in their hospitality. From bottom of my heart I am thankful to all of them to made our stay wonderful & memorable.

The best form of customer service ever experienced .
The welcome , the attentiveness of the staff and most importantly the willingness to please is what makes your experience @ Frangipani a memorable magical experience .
I have been having breakfast at the restaurant for the past two mornings and have always been astounded by the service and the quality of the food .
Every manager , staff member is ever willing to please you and will continuously ask if there anything that can be ordered or done for you .
Mr Eshan Sharma and his team are the best , today I felt like eating curry for breakfast and was surprised to see it in my table in 10 minutes .
I have not experienced this before from any restaurant.
